Absolute freaking classic; makes you wish for Tim Curry to have actually played the Grinch. Closest we've had to that is Maestro Forte (on the basis that he was also an anti-Christmas villain).

Honestly, if Kevin had somehow gotten a 3rd movie with Harry and Marv, it would have _begun_ with them getting a spring-loaded metal bat to the throat. The rest of the movie would be the McCallister adults on trial for serial child neglect and whatever charge is laid on you if your child murders 2 people with a Rube Goldberg machine.

“Hey, come on, it all worked out great the first time. Why not just try it again? Just don't try it again again, but with a different child and family - HOME ALONE 3 … or again again again, but where Kevin and his family are played by different actors in a cheap made-for-TV movie - HOME ALONE: TAKING BACK THE HOUSE … or again again again again, but in another cheap made-for-TV movie with a different child and family - HOME ALONE: THE HOLIDAY HEIST … and definitely not again again again again again, but in a Disney+ movie with a British family where the child protagonist is an evil little brat and the two burglars are the ones to root for. That would just be stupid. - HOME SWEET HOME ALONE … Seriously, how could this franchise sink so low?”
