The best part of this film for me was when Ned addresses Peter but all three respond and cause confusion for Ned. I am something of a Peter myself, and it can get humerously awkward at family reunions because both my Granddads are called Peter.
There's a not-so-super villain named Peter Petruski, a.k.a. Paste Pot Pete, a.k.a. the Trapster who uses a super glue gun. Someone explained to me recently that he's essentially an unpowered bad version of Peter Parker.
Not sure if it was a joke when you said that they deserved their own Disney Plus series, but I want that. It doesn’t have to tie into the greater MCU plot very much, and can give us more time with these enjoyable characters. It can be kind of like Powerless and have a lower budget. Not every episode needs to end with a venom Easter egg or a portal opening. It can be 20 minute long sitcom type episodes.
I'd gladly support it. Maybe they can include more of those Captain America's PSA videos with other MCU characters instead (since Chris Evans moved on from MCU movies, and excluding the dead characters of course), that would really funny. They can even make it a running gag by having a PSA video with a different MCU character each episode.
The wave of fanarts of Doc Oc quickly followed by those of Félix and Bruno from Encanto finally outed all the people who are into all sorts of dad bods, and it was the most inspiring thing when 2021 came to a close.

Though Rhino and lizzard has been mentioned before in the sinister six. But i have never heard of Venom in the sinister six
I've heard it's kind of a rule in Marvel comics that whenever two heroes fight each other for whatever contrived reason, the one that wins the fight is supposed to be whoever's book it is. So sorry Dr. Strange, if you're in a Spider Man movie and you go up against Spider Man, you're gonna have a bad time.
Also, they could bring back Mysterio any time. He's one of the most death-proof villains in comics. No matter how absolutely, definitively, blown-to-smithereens dead he seems to be, he can just show up again six months later and say it was all a trick.
@@disneyvillainsfan1666 That's why it's the "closest to a Sinister Six" and not "The Sinister Six". The Furious Five doesn't have the same ring to it. And it might be under copyright because of Kung-Fu Panda.

For what it's worth, this is only the second movie I have ever bought on YT just so I can rewatch it repeatedly. Flaws and all, I still have the same Spider-Man feels that I get from watching Spider-Man 1 from Sam Raime. It is so much fun to watch. This movie gives me "Into the Spider Verse" vibes in a great way.
You know TH-cam only sells you a license to watch their license of it and when that expires you can't watch anymore? Should've gotten the Bluray, no one takes that away from you :D
I agree with how you think they were trying to 'hide' the lizard. No Way Home really did the lizard poorly with a worse design, and barely any relevance to the plot
Same with Sandman. One of the few criticisms I had with No Way Home was how his motivations make no sense. "I need to go back home to my daughter, but I guess I'll help beat this version of Spider-Man even though he's trying to help me go back to my universe."
I mean there is only so much you can do. Not to mention the actors weren't even present. No offense to them, but I haven't even seen them outside of Spiderman movies. How could they not make some time for shooting?
For whatever faults this movie may have it represents an extremely unique opportunity in movies that will never be replicated organically again. They could certainly try this with, say, Batman but tonally it would probably never fly and would likely feel like the hamfisted Five Doctors DW special from 83. It's also hilarious that we owe that to Sony's incessant need for constant Spider-Man
Big difference is Spider-Man has multiple precedents for crossovers with other versions of himself in comics. Batman does too, sort of, but only in Justice League crossovers and it’s with a character like Owl Man who is just drastically different
Can definitely relate to the watching it at home in silence awkwardly. Those moments in the theater were some of the loudest cheers I've ever heard during a movie.

THANK YOU! My family got into a debate on making them good again and then sending them back to the same time. Why would you not send them before they killed and wrecked so many? Now they can either be killed by spiderman again or kill themselves when they realize the horror they have became. That was not a great plot point, but the movie was very watchable.
@@jeffreyquinde6707 Yeah I know but the movie would've worked better storyline wise if the ones who got to redeem them was the Peters who killed them imo,I honestly would've preferred Mysterio also being brought back or something to give Peter 1 something to work work from his own universe even with the other villains from other universes also were in the movie (only the core 3 tho)
I loved seeing Doc Oc, Goblin, and OG Spiderman again. I liked the Tom Holland movies but, Tobey Maguire movies will always be my favorites. Kinda weird that Spiderman didn't just make a response video where he revealed that Mysterio was a fraud. Like couldn't Happy just confirm that he was a Stark Employee?
One of the plot holes in the movie. Another one was that Sandman had no motivation to work with the villains since his goals align with Peter and not the villains.
1:40 just one correction. J Jonah Jameson wasn't pulled from the Sony movies despite the actor being the same. He's just the MCU variant that we've known ever since Far From Home post credit scene.

The best part of this film for me was when Ned addresses Peter but all three respond and cause confusion for Ned. I am something of a Peter myself, and it can get humerously awkward at family reunions because both my Granddads are called Peter.
That’s exactly the same for me! I was named Peter after my Grandad!
"You know, I'm something of a Peter myself"
There's a not-so-super villain named Peter Petruski, a.k.a. Paste Pot Pete, a.k.a. the Trapster who uses a super glue gun. Someone explained to me recently that he's essentially an unpowered bad version of Peter Parker.
I liked this scene too but he could have said "my Peter" and then they would know he was talking to Tom Holland.
@@quickflash2studios232 Same here. That's how I was named too.
Seconded
Definitely
@VaderxG We got two ni***** on swiffers back here.
Fucking reddit and wanting every character to have their own show.
This movie was completely worth going to the theaters to for me. I genuinely loved it.
Also this video, love this too.
3:06 Venom is in the movie; he was just demoted to mid-credit scene status after Let There Be Carnage.
Thought it was referring to The Vulture
Even worse, he was only brought there to leave a piece of Symbiote to further the potential of the MCU Spider-Man.
He was alluding to the fact that the Sinister Six in No Way Home is actually the Sinister FIVE, not referring to any particular member
Venom is not a part of the sinister six
The sinister six has different members over the year, but the original consists of: doc oc, electro, vulture, sandman, mysterio and kraven the hunter. Though Rhino and lizzard has been mentioned before in the sinister six. But i have never heard of Venom in the sinister six
I thought it would have been great if Venom showed up and it was Topher Grace.
I like how there wasn’t even a joke on Goblin, he was just that awesome
I've heard it's kind of a rule in Marvel comics that whenever two heroes fight each other for whatever contrived reason, the one that wins the fight is supposed to be whoever's book it is. So sorry Dr. Strange, if you're in a Spider Man movie and you go up against Spider Man, you're gonna have a bad time.
Well Hulk lost to Zeus
So basically:
Sasuke: "I'm going to kill you."
Naruto: "Nah man, the show has my name on it."
😩🤣
Huge props for remembering Jamie Foxx starring in Project Power and Octavius singing "If I were a rich man". Bravo!
The moment May said that line I instantly said in my brain "Ok May, Bye"
4:25 Jokes on you, in Germany you don't make any sounds in the cinema if you don't wanna be yelled at so it's even more awkward
I wish it was like that in the U.S.!
I really appreciate Epic Voice Guy laughing at the "if I was a fixed man".
the PBS statement brought back nostalgia. miss 90s
No Way Home was probably the closest we'll ever get to a live action Spider-Man Vs. Sinister Six movie.
if only venom wasnt in mexico
There's 5, Acually.
Also, they could bring back Mysterio any time. He's one of the most death-proof villains in comics. No matter how absolutely, definitively, blown-to-smithereens dead he seems to be, he can just show up again six months later and say it was all a trick.
Good thing they put that storyline to good use in the Playstation game
@@disneyvillainsfan1666 That's why it's the "closest to a Sinister Six" and not "The Sinister Six".
The Furious Five doesn't have the same ring to it. And it might be under copyright because of Kung-Fu Panda.
Definitely outta all 3, Peter is the best Spider-Man!
i think its parker
Both of you are wrong. I have to say it’s Peter Parker.
Pete got all those guys beat, hand down
Takuya Yamashiro is the best Spiderman. He is the Emissary of Hell SUPAIDAMAN.
Peter Parker is better than the other Peter Parker’s sadly
I'm sorry, I frikken LOST IT in the cinema when Norman Osborne did the " You know, I'm something of a scientist myself." LOST IT 💀😂
Hands down some of the best "Starring..." names SJ has come up with. Thwip Thwip Boom was aces.
I gotta give it up to Da Rue Sandstorm from Duuuuuuuuune.
Also a shout out to "If I were a fixed man, ya-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da-da (Laughs)
“Those moments are just award to watch by yourself at home.”
Me: *cheers loudly while watching by myself at home*
Doc Ock being reformed and helping later is kind of like him being an honorary Spider-Man since he was for a while!
I'd love an Honest Trailer for The Expanse!
If that happens, it could save the show.
“Featuring Willem Defoe’s iconic Green Goblin, one of the best comic book movie performances ever”
Well, he’s got a point
Man did not play him for almost 20 years yet it felt like he just wrapped up filming the original Spider-Man movie the day before the filming of No Way Home.
His performance is why the Green Goblin is one of my favorite Spider-Man villains.
@@olleselin deserved it
More menacing in this one than the 2002 movie. Still loved him in both!
Dafoe feels like an underrated actor. He is just so amazing. Even if he and Gary Oldman fight for best actor of that generation, they are both so good that they are underrated if not considered best of all time.
Toby was always my favorite spiderman! Glad he came back for this.
Ya. Matt Murdoch got a “who’s that?” at the screening I was at. Disney+ gonna need to do more promo if they wanna get viewers to care. Oscars 2023 babey!!
The Daredevil Netflix show is literally 10x better than every Tom Holland Spider-man movie that's been released lmao. It's not even close.
Charlie Cox will get the recognition he deserves soon though. They are already working on DD S4 and I'm hype asf.
Dude there is website you can watch it
What was the first movie
You know TH-cam only sells you a license to watch their license of it and when that expires you can't watch anymore? Should've gotten the Bluray, no one takes that away from you :D
Say it, say it: "You know I'm somewhat of a scientist myself"
Who really cared about them tho
@@swapniljoshi2939 Rhys Ifans, the actor for Lizard was playing in the Kingsman movie at the time. What's your point?
@@michaelstrong5383 Didn't Sandman think that Peter was trying to kill him or something?
That scene where Peter keeps punching Goblin, but he keeps laughing is chef's kiss
"Aunt man" - really dude? I dropped food from my mouth.
For whatever faults this movie may have it represents an extremely unique opportunity in movies that will never be replicated organically again. They could certainly try this with, say, Batman but tonally it would probably never fly and would likely feel like the hamfisted Five Doctors DW special from 83. It's also hilarious that we owe that to Sony's incessant need for constant Spider-Man
Next year’s DC The Flash movie is uniting Batman’s including Michael Keaton.
@@JP-re9xj That was the speculated plan, assuming the movie ever gets made.
Big difference is Spider-Man has multiple precedents for crossovers with other versions of himself in comics. Batman does too, sort of, but only in Justice League crossovers and it’s with a character like Owl Man who is just drastically different
@@DroppingFBombs it’s already filmed. It was originally gonna come out this year but was delayed due to needing more time for sfx
Can definitely relate to the watching it at home in silence awkwardly. Those moments in the theater were some of the loudest cheers I've ever heard during a movie.
My theatre was basically quiet and it was so disappointing 😢 The movie is awesome tho so cheering in my head!!
@@marialuimes7854 Sorry you had to miss out! If you haven't already, look up some theater reactions on TH-cam for the movie - so you can experience all the cheering and yelling haha
@@BlueAndGold31 ayy I like that idea 😂😁
@@BlueAndGold31 I do this for No Way Home and Endgame when I'm feeling particularly down. Always makes me feel better.
I watched it at home in blissful silence. Cheers would’ve been cool but a lack doesn’t make my home awkward
“I don’t like sand” is all I can think about what have the prequels done to my brain
Same
BY FAR THE FUNNIEST credits roll ever - SOOOOO many great references, and the "i don't like sand"... priceless.... all hits, no misses... bravo!!!
Opening night was an experience like no other. Such an amazing movie.
Sadly, that’s all blockbusters are predicated on, that opening night FOMO fix of dopamine.
Was it though ?
@@alexkelly6449 If your opening night sucked I am sorry for you, mine was awesome
0:47 So starring in Oscar nominated movies?
HISHE, Honest Trailers, and Pitch Meeting are basically how I watch movies now.
Almost the same boat, they are the reason i try to watch movies fast because i love to see their content
yeah but do add Jeremy Jahns movie reviews to the list, you won't regret it!
Same with me but also with cinema sins and cinema wins
Remove HISHE and add Cinema Sins. That’s my holy trinity.
@@kittipai1632 HISHE is gold and CinemaSins is garbage. Hopefully you'll catch on
Tobey’s the GOAT
Andrew’s the middle brother who’s still cool but supportive.
Tom’s the laddies man who’s also great at geometry.
Agree, bully Maguire matters little to me. When he was in Spiderman he made some fun movies. Enjoyed Seabiscuit back then too.
Great Video Screen Junkies!
The crowd cheering was 100% on point😄
4:00 to be fair, this variant of Norman Osborn probably got teleported on his way to attack Tobey’s Aunt May; so he still has his company and son.
0:33 That's messed up. LoL 😆
4:19 that is exactly what happened in the theater when I saw this movie and Tobey showed up seriously are these smosh guys spying on me or something
I _still_ felt the excitement
It's been 6 months
5:05 “Thwip Thwip…BOOM!” Omg perfect
You outdid yourselves with the cast names😭😭😭
5:35 "That's it! That's where she sealed her fate!"
THANK YOU! My family got into a debate on making them good again and then sending them back to the same time. Why would you not send them before they killed and wrecked so many? Now they can either be killed by spiderman again or kill themselves when they realize the horror they have became. That was not a great plot point, but the movie was very watchable.
The movie never established exactly when they get sent back.
Yeap I agree, especially because it didn't make sense that Peter 1 was the one to redeem them without having prior connection to them in any way
@@karabokhanyile Peter only redeemed three of them. And they all got moments where they reunited with their Peters
This movie has greatest difference in reception from watching this in theaters vs watching in home since Gravity
@@matthewdopler8997 Yeah the entire movie has more plot holes than an Afghan. But IDGAF. It was fun to watch.
"..who improves on his debut by changing every single thing about it"
I love this writing team so much
I loved how the narrator laughed at the end of “if I were a fixed man”
I still feel goosebumps and remember the tobey and Andrew's entry everyone was shouting and clapping in theatre..
the YaaaY at 5:39 is all of us!
1:40 just one correction. J Jonah Jameson wasn't pulled from the Sony movies despite the actor being the same. He's just the MCU variant that we've known ever since Far From Home post credit scene.
"Variant?"
???: (knocks on door) *TVA! OPEN UP!*
I was so happy to see Toby in No Way Home that legit when I was in the theater and he finally showed his face to us, I waited until everyone stopped clapping and yelled out "How'd that get in there?" and got all the adults who watched Toby's movies DYING of laughter, it was such a beautiful moment 🤣🤣🤣
This movie is like a mixture of Into the Spider-Verse and the 2018 Spider-Man game.
Spider-Man: Endgame
@chandu jedidiah
I really like both of those films EQUALLY.
That Fiddler on the Roof reference to Alfred Molina's broadway gig was spot on!
The call back to Nickelodeon's "The Adventures of Pete & Pete" made me laugh out loud more than it should have! Loved it!
Yes!
That Fiddler on the Roof reference was so funny, even EVG chuckled at his own joke
The ASSISANT TO THE REGIONAL SORCERER got me howling
2:49 - Ouch, too real.
