What Id Buzz sales? Seriously, it is pretty rare here in Belgium. A country that is traditionally a very strong market for VW. Not that difficult to understand if you see the inflated price VW is asking for it.
The Zeekr Mix would be the perfect family campervan for Australia! I absolutely love it! This vehicle needs to make its way to Australia and Europe-I'm sure it would do brilliantly. The design is incredibly cool. I’m also excited about the idea of a small hatchback Zeekr in Australia and hope it's on the cards. Their tech and the batteries they use are top-notch. Zeekr is definitely a company to watch. I really hope they bring Zeekr Power to Australia too, as we desperately need some high-quality, non-Tesla chargers here!
I would love to be able to buy this car in Europe, the MPV format is the one that can best take advantage of the electric architecture and packaging. The compact exterior dimensions are ideal for European city streets, the ample interior space and flexibility make this car very versatile, practical and complete. Greetings from Portugal
Bottom line is it’s not yet another oversized SUV everyone is obsessed with - it’s a far more practical alternative and probably far more advanced than the VW with it’s ridiculous price tag😎
Exactly. There is a needless obsession for large, hyper cars here! Small, nimble cars are far more desirable for congested urban areas. Cheaper to buy and cheaper to insure. EV's that get the decent range from the smallest batteries are what's needed.
Sam, I’m proud to be a supporter Patreon, but also very much appreciate you being a pipeline directly to the manufacturers of the vehicles that we as EV enthusiasts want. And I want this EV van. I’ve had my deposit for the Canoo doing nothing for me. I’ve been waiting for Tesla to surprise us to no avail. I’ve been waiting for Chrysler to resume their old car philosophy and surprise us with the one platform several configuration strategy that saved them in the 80s to no avail. Everywhere you look people who want trucks or vans or hybrids of such or just waiting for price and range and something that will fit in the garage and this promises to have all that and I want mine now. Thank you for giving us the chance to address Zeeker directly
People keep paying $80k for $30k trucks ... so there is no incentive for usa automates to change. We need nationwide boycotts of the garbage we're being sold at ridiculous over inflated prices. But... People keep buying. I don't understand it.
I really was looking forward to the VW Buzz based on the early prototype with the sliding seats and the moveable center console creating a lounge, or office, on wheels. This is much like that prototype, where the production VW Buzz turned out to be a generic minivan interior, nothing like the prototype. Nobody else makes a vehicle like this and I would sell whatever car I have (right now a performance BYD Seal) when it comes to Thailand. I have owned several EVs that have all been great but this and the Canoo blow everything else away for practicality for a family or camping/leisure/ mobile productivity vehicle. Really a family or digital nomad’s ideal ride. PLEASE BRING THIS TO THAILAND ZEEKR!!! This is your biggest winner yet if the price is not too high! 👌
@@wosamosman9814 yes the Delica is awesome. but has never been sold in the USA. I have a 4wd Toyota townace, imported from Japan, as they were also never sold in the USA
Imagine if a traditional car company had designed this van. They would charge an arm and a leg for it. Thank heavens someone else has done it and a very good job too. Thank you Zeekr.
The perfect mobile sitting room. Buy a coffee and just drink it in the Mix with the doors fully open to the breeze on both sides. A mobile office? Conduct meetings with the seats facing the central table.
Indeed take my money, but there are 0 Zeekr dealerships in Belgium. Import from Netherlands only, total price is to high than unfortunatly. So we NEED Zeekr in Belgium pronto. I love all the Zeekr cars and we would like to buy. Cheers.
Give me 600-700 km real world range, awd and ability to remove rear seats to get a fantastic little camper which can also keep occupants warm at night thanks to the heat pump. Maybe some integrated solar on the roof too pls like on the Ocean … I’d order one today!
ZEEKR MIX has to be a winner ! Stunning looks, practicality and performance to place it with the best ! Priced within reach of enough buyers and it will do really well here in Australia ! I am a Senior Citizen, but this beauty has my name on it. 🤩🤩😛
We'll never see that in America, we are constantly being told that E.V.s are dangerous junk. The auto companies here want us to purchase super expensive to buy, and super expensive to repair ICE vehicles.
That's "Popular" media, which is why we have to dig deeper with sources like Sam, here, and support him with tips and Patreon. Who ever heard of Zeeker, otherwise?
I think this car would do well in australia, that segment needs choices like that. The other car makers are not even trying in this segment at the moment.
I'd love to see this available in Australia. I'd be able to have a usable workspace in a compact vehicle, so I could be productive anywhere. Working and relaxing by the sea, the mountains, the forest or wherever I wanted to.
This would be amazing for overnight sleepovers while exploring nature spaces and astrophotography here in Australia. Long range, quick charging and wifi capability 👌
There is a lot of competition in this segment, in Europe, Berlingo, Kangoo who share the platform with Toyota, Mercedes, Nissan, Opel etc. Only a price, greater range alternative and reliability can persuade buyers to make a shift. If they want volume, that is the market to target.
Your lineup is impressive. The increased ranges and better battery types will really help you make it. Looks like that Van will make and excellent Camping / Water sports vehicle. Nobody is effective in this space so far the VW BZ is the only thing somewhat similar but I don't know how accepted it is in the Euro Market which is the only place it seems to be.
Living in the mountains of the American West, I'd want something with good ground clearance, and good ability to camp, as well as haul bicycles and such. It'd also need access to charging networks like Tesla's. But tariffs might make it prohibitive (unless built in Mexico where American carmakers build their EVs, except Tesla), or unless trade relations improve.
There's leasing with write-off for your business, and renting out your car to defray cost as well in the meantime. Blogging and advocating state and local government too. Big ICE ain't giving up nuthin' without kicking and screaming all the way.
Ventilated seats ? Electric sunshade? These are deal-breakers for me considering climate changing, and gravity seats for testing. Carplay and Android Auto ? Right size for me ! Definitely interested in France. Would shift from my ioniq 5 ! Especially if LiDAR and all sensors and cameras etc are included for best ADAS !
There’s another more practical use for these MPV’s and that’s as commercial vehicles, sell them stripped out at the back and put a divider behind the front seats and use them as delivery vehicles. You strip out all that weight out of them and you only use them for a parcel deliveries. You probably get even more range out of those vehicles.
I love it and yes I would buy one if I could. It would be great for weekend camping trips. Big enough for all your kit and probably a couple of folding electric bikes.
My first Minvan was a 1988 Renault Espace and my 1. wife loved the turnable front seats. Driving with friends, she turned her seat most times to talk with the other people in the second and third raw. At the 2004 Seat Alhambra it was much more complicate to turn around the front seats. Great that Zeekr brought back this feature. When I would not have purchased a Tesla Y on July 1st, this Zeekr Mix would have a great chance to be my next car.
Nice. Kia PBV coming soon too... so makers are starting to get practical. I want a utilitarian version - like a hilux workmate, six seats, with a back row you can remove.. that you can almost hose out.
Yes I like it very much. Would be better if there will be an extra two foldable seats at the rear to make it a seven seater if required. Obviously pricing also comes into play but looks like a very smart looking car
From what I've seen the Zeekr is definitely in the top 3 for my consideration... If Zeekr is selling in the US next spring/summer I will include them in my list of cars to research.
The best solar company in Australia just installed my new solar system.
Check them out here: www.resinc.com.au/electricviking

I would sell my Model 3 for this.
Wouldn't sell my Model 3 for this. But would buy one nevertheless 🙂.
