- Mi Robot Vacuum Mop P review with it's Pros & Cons this is an intelligent robot vacuum cleaner with mopping functionality this can also be remotely controlled via an app. I show you all the features and also let you know what I feel about the same and in which area I felt it was good and in which areas it was lacking.

Most of the people commenting about the machine have not used it or seen it in person so I think they are not liable to comment about this machine because it is a phenomenal piece of technology that has been availed to us by MI I think this is the best purchase I made in 2020 for my home automation and this is so good in cleaning that we cannot clean same with our broom and the mob is a little bit like a gimmick but not bad it is one of the smartest machine I have seen and the technology is new so it will cost more but in coming years the tech price will go down so I think people like us who support these machines today because of us only other people get to use this machines afterwards so I kindly request guys don’t comment without knowing the consequences and the results of the machine and the one who is thinking to buy this I highly recommend get it with your eyes closed if you have the money the cons Ranjit has told in the video can be easily get solved if you do some things like changing the wooden curtains near the doors it takes your 70% load of cleaning the house which is not bad if you calculate a maid will also take Rs.1000 per month so you can get this machine for just 25,000 which is equivalent to her 25 months salary I know some people will not understand this maths but if you then go ahead and get it

I have an entry level "non smart" robot vacuum cleaner with the mop attachment and honestly, I can't imagine my life without it 😅 The mopping isn't that great but I do a round of vacuuming before attaching the mop and it does the job good enough 😀

I would say this is the best vacuum robot it even picks fine dust which cant be picked by broom. After our maid cleaned our house if we use this it will still collect some more dusts. Overall the mop function is useless in all robot vacuum. But in dry cleaning its the best even the silent mode picks huge dusts. Also it has LDS technology to scan. This is the cheapest robot vacuum with LDS other brands charge 30-50 thousand average. It is a premium robot. Also i like the shining disign on the top it looks premium.

@Buggy Bug I still think blueprints are less revealing than actual photograph (or could say video). Think like this:- You would like to upload your house blueprints or your house video?
People randomly post selfies online with their locations and house pics , no problems in that ..here comes a robot which actually needs blueprint to work and world goes crazy
My best purchase of 2020 , I don't know about others but it saved my life ....thanku Xiaomi ....
I have bought it and I must say it works so well, goes at every corner of the house under the bed it clean so good that isn't possible by kamwali bai at all. When I went to the store to buy it, I got mi smart speaker worth Rs.4000 for free, that was a surprise for me because I didn't know about that.
Have you faced any issue with the map getting reset after few day ?
@@BizitDeb map doesn't get reset on its own. Very few times it happened that robot forgot its proper tracking so in that kind of situation I remap the area and it works like a charm.
Robot is working totally fine. I love it.

Y-mode gives good result in wet-mop, it can clean 1600 sft in one charge.

I have been using this for the past 2 weeks now and quite satisfied with the vacuuming done by this product. The only problem we see that it can't go under the beds and sofa due to low height, also I agree with the performance of the wet mopping, you can get the same results as you can do it manually. We generally switch it on when going walking and it gets completed (status can be checked via mobile data) when we can come back home. Under 20K you can not get such a feature-rich product ( S/Y mode, Virtual/area wall setup, good battery, etc).
Do you have rugs at home? If so then how does the robo do that? Does it clean that or just get stuck? Please reply

@@mischef4239 we don't have rugs all over but it can climb if the rug doesn't moves or slip on the floor. We generally, removes door mats before starting it.

Dear Ranjit, for a channel named geeky I found your review disappointingly vague. You say "it does take quite a bit of time", How much time does it take to clean a room in various modes, let's say of 150 sq ft ? You say medium mode is definitely a lot louder, turbo makes quite a bit of noise, this is not the most silent robo vaccum", measure the sound in decibels !! "It can do about half of the house with a water tank", what's the size of your house !? "Battery life is good", how long does a single charge last ? How much time does it take to charge, in minutes please ?
Do tests to show things like,
Will it fall of the stairs ? Can it handle liquid spills ? How will it handle cables, can it tangle up and pull down my TV or speakers ? Will it bump small objects ? Will it bumb glass doors ? Is it safe for pets ?
Could not make a purchase decision based on your review. Please be more specific.

I dont know why everyone is posting negative comments for this. Its actually the best in everything except mopping. Any robot which has mopping wont does it job. Also only if u buy this snd experience you will get to know if it is worthy or not. After this robot came cleaning the house became very effective
It still looks in the beta stage, there is plenty of room for improvements. I feel like its overpriced with the features it offers hope next year we see a better vacuum with the decent price point.
I bought it at 18k. Give me a better option than this under 20k

Hello @Ranjeet I like your reviews & I've been following you from quite sometime now. I would like to see you including alternate options available for the products that you review.
You can do a studio tour in this it self 😂
I also bought this New model, as you said it is good in dry cleaning. I have not tried the wett mopping, let me check and I will coment on that too.
1) Add feature to save sequence of rooms to be cleaned for each task and s default sequence for others that can be edited later.
2) Allow to add more cleaning area to the saved map so that if in initial scan some areas were left uncovered they can be added to current map room's area.
3) Allow google assistant and alexa to issue voice commands to start cleaning specific rooms in the mentioned sequence.

I also prebooked it deliverd late ..am using n dental clinic..as expected cleaning perfectly except issues with climbing and it mess up with loose wires and ruggs on floor and some errors shown in middle of cleang and stopped working..but vaccum and moping it works wel ifelt it gives smooth surface..

Exactly always its keeping dirty and you have to clean the upper surface very often and also it cannot climb up the steps on your floor its really a huge drawback as well

Have said it to a lot of Indian reviewers on this.
This bot is actually an older version of the MI Bots that's been renewed and sold off to Indian market on a "sale" price. It doesn't even come with the newer better brushes..
Old tech dumped on Indian land.
Ppl need to make decision on buying this at a price reasonable for older tech.
Or get the S5 max which has many of the long due cons of robot vacuums addressed.

This tech hasn't evolved to where we can actually call it "tech". For now, it's just a gimmick.
True buy a 100rs broom and you can do it in 5 minutes.
True even if you want little convenience then buy those push to spin dry buckets for less than 1500 and that is much more worth than this at 25K.
it actually does better dry cleaning than a human but there are some cons too if you have just one room, you wouldn't need this.
I have an entry level model and it does a great job with cleaning, definitely not a gimmick. I just turn it on while working and it does it's own job and returns to its base once the cleaning is done without any human intervention. It's a life saver especially if you're busy and don't have or want a maid.
it works better than any maid i can assure you that. it also goes areas where our hands cant reach. this is expensive but it works great.

What is the maximum area it can cover dry/mop at one go

a comparision to the existing counterparts from eufy, roomba etc might help a lil better... Are these actually products worth buying, or are these still in infancy stage.
They're really helpful, especially if you don't have a maid. I have an entry level iLife non smart model and I just turn it on while working and it does the cleaning by itself. I've never had to manually dust, vacuum or mop my house ever since I purchased the robot back in March. It's especially useful since I'm spending way more time doing dishes since work from home began and cleaning everyday would get tiresome 😂😂

While it's true that dumb robots don't know which areas have already been cleaned, they go over clean areas multiple times making it even cleaner 🤣🤣 Also, I did some research before buying my model and as per TH-cam reviews, my dumb model did a better job cleaning than many smart robots priced higher.
