A very elaborate review...limitations well discussed.I am using Viomi SE since May 2021.I am very happy with the purchase.With respect to wet mopping i dilute the floor cleaner with water and spray it on the mop cloth and also I wash the mop cloth after every use,this way I get extremely good quality mopping.
@@priti_rawat8069I use it now for vaccumming only as mopping is done by my helper.Vaccumming is great,provided the dust tank,filters and brushes are cleaned atleast after three to four cycles.Had not serviced yet,so cannot give inputs on that.It is better we use a broom to manually clean those corners atleast a week.Mop quality will not be as good as manual mopping,even during the last one year when I didn't hire any helpers,I used the robot for mopping thrice and would manually do atleast once a week.So in all if we can periodically do manual cleaning using conventional methods,robots definitely would be great utility to any household!Do let me know if uou have any more doubts.

Quite useful video. I have been using this vacuum for more than 3 months and totally love it. I have scheduled different rooms to be cleaned at different times in the day and it performs perfectly without intervention. Area vacuuming is quite handy. Now I don't have to wait for the maid to clean the next day after a get together.

I wanted to buy this long back but there was no warranty on any products that time and my city doesn't even have service centres. Even Eureka Forbes robot didn't have warranty that time. Please answer my querries. I learnt from my friends that the user must allow the GPS Location and internet connection. Without this the machine won't work. Handing over the GPS location and my internet connection is totally unsafe. Why it needs the the mandatory requirement of allowing the GPS and internet connection?
GPS permission is not mandatory. Internet connection is required to be able to control the device using the app. If you want to use it without internet, the robot can be controlled using the 2 buttons available on top of it.
Actually its worth buying. I have from a different company and almost from 2months I am using it ..everyday and sometimes twice in a day . Its very very good and useful. Its worth buying

for this type of machine this is the best video. i have only one doubt. Say while it cleaned the dining table bottom it was about to go to bed room. I picked it up and put on the dining table which this robot did not map earlier. Shall this act of mine confuse the robot and disturb its cycle? Please answer my query.
Thank you Pradip ji. It will clean the dining table but then you will have to keep it back on the floor. It won’t fall from the dining table. When you keep it back, it will resume its cleaning from where it stopped. Just don’t interrupt the cycle. Let it follow the map it made.
Will it clean all the sticky stuffs like if some dish gets dropped on the floor , will it clean that without leaving any mark ? Also what about floor rugs n carpets , how it will adjust with them ?
No, it will not, it will stuck on the wheels, which will create an internal problem for the machine, and for carpets you need to remove and then run the cleaner.
You Need to change the brush and mop cloth once its worn out i changed my mop cloth in a year because i keep mopping and the side brush i got it changed after 1 year 6 months. The life of these parts are shown on the app .

The functionality of robotic vaccum cleaners and regular vaccuum cleaners are different.Robotic vaccum cleaners are useful to keep our everyday cleaning effortless.I am using viomi se since may 2021 and extremely helpful for sweeping and mopping.Would anyday vouch it over a house help.I had automated the vacuuming schedule and only mopping needs interference.
Yes. That’s one drawback. What we can do is first run the robot on vacuum mode, then manually spray diluted floor cleaner on the floor and then run the robot on mop mode. I know it’s not very feasible but that’s the only option.

Thank you. If you run it on low vacuum and mop level, then it’s almost silent. As the levels increase, naturally it has to get more rigorous so noise level too starts increasing.
It would depend upon the cleaning mode. Y mode takes more time than S mode. On an average, it should take around 30-40 mins to vacuum and mop a 2 BHK 😊
Please confirm whether this machine sucks paper waste and thermocol waste, at home? My kids are younger and they play alot on floor. That's why I am asking.

I am using this Viomi SE Device for more than 1 year and i haven't faced issue with the device till now , i had some doubts on mapping which Cambium support team has resolved it.
Got this for 16,470 in this summer sale. Waiting for it's delivery. But want some clarification on few points. 1. How is the noise level? When you schedule 6 AM everyday, do you include your bedroom? Because noise will be too much for us to sleep right? 2. What happens when it enters a room, and you close the door? How does it identify the place behind the door that was not available before? EDIT: 3. How does it get along with low hanging curtains? Does it consider it an obstacle and skips it?
1. We have pets who sleep in our room so we don’t get our bedroom cleaned at 6am. We get it cleaned once everyone is up. 2. Once it has made the map of your entire house, there are no new places for the robot. It will clean the entire area. But if you have shut the door and it can’t clean the remaining area.. that means it’s stuck. So you will be notified on your app.

Number of furniture doesn’t matter. It can sense all of them. Just it won’t be able to clean under them if the gap from the floor is a hurdle. Will be reviewing one more robotic cleaner very soon. Would suggest you to wait for a week.
1. I did at 6:20 2. For 1 Full charging it uses 0.12 Unit of electricity. This means that approximately for 8 full chargings, 1 unit of electricity will be consumed.
Answer 1 - yes. Answer 2 - 2200pa is sufficient but I think 3000pa would be better. But if the suction is higher, it may consume more battery. This way run time may decrease. So would advice you to check all the features of any robotic cleaner that you select before making any decision 😊

Look both electric mop and robotic mop are useful in their own way. Robotic mops do all the cleaning on their own, but yes, they need to be connected to Wi-Fi or remote or an app. So not many people are comfortable in using this, but it’s a very helpful gadget. Coming to this electric vacuum and mop, this too is very useful and cleans the floor efficiently, but here you do not need to connect it to any Wi-Fi or use any remote or use any app. But you have to do the cleaning on your own. So both the gadgets are extremely useful. You need to decide what works best for you 😊

Yes, it does, I purchased it 2 years ago, and I like to mop in the Y pattern (Mop feature) as it is pretty good and cleans up all the areas thoroughly.

Btw you can easily spray floor cleaner directly onto your mop pad & use....works well
They are oil based... It will affect the ability of suction...

After 1.5 years of using viomi se, my vaccume suddenly turns off at 50% battery. How to resolve this issue

i dont think it has vibrating mop, thats a high end feature. Y pattern mop is a very feature too.

Thank you. If you run it on low vacuum and mop level, then it’s almost silent. As the levels increase, naturally it has to get more rigorous so noise level too starts increasing.

No, It gets sucked up so I always prefer to remove carpets and start then clean

Got this for 16,470 in this summer sale. Waiting for it's delivery.
But want some clarification on few points.
1. How is the noise level? When you schedule 6 AM everyday, do you include your bedroom? Because noise will be too much for us to sleep right?
2. What happens when it enters a room, and you close the door? How does it identify the place behind the door that was not available before?

1. We have pets who sleep in our room so we don’t get our bedroom cleaned at 6am. We get it cleaned once everyone is up.
2. Once it has made the map of your entire house, there are no new places for the robot. It will clean the entire area. But if you have shut the door and it can’t clean the remaining area.. that means it’s stuck. So you will be notified on your app.

Can u share the electric consumption of the robot?
The electric consumption is not much as it uses electricity only for charging. Once fully charged it does not need electricity to function.
Is it good to use for a small home like say 700 or 800 sq ft 3 bhk... Having too many furnitures / objects on floor?.. 1 l sofa.. 1 centre table 1 l dhapr shoe almari.. 3 beds.. 5 almirahs 1 showcase...1 wardrobe.. Fridge washing.. machine 30 sq ft kitchen with modular setup
Number of furniture doesn’t matter. It can sense all of them. Just it won’t be able to clean under them if the gap from the floor is a hurdle. Will be reviewing one more robotic cleaner very soon. Would suggest you to wait for a week.

Answer 1 - yes.
Answer 2 - 2200pa is sufficient but I think 3000pa would be better. But if the suction is higher, it may consume more battery. This way run time may decrease. So would advice you to check all the features of any robotic cleaner that you select before making any decision 😊

Look both electric mop and robotic mop are useful in their own way. Robotic mops do all the cleaning on their own, but yes, they need to be connected to Wi-Fi or remote or an app. So not many people are comfortable in using this, but it’s a very helpful gadget.
Coming to this electric vacuum and mop, this too is very useful and cleans the floor efficiently, but here you do not need to connect it to any Wi-Fi or use any remote or use any app. But you have to do the cleaning on your own. So both the gadgets are extremely useful. You need to decide what works best for you 😊

So you whichever mode you choose, it will complete the entire process. If you choose the third mode, it will do vacuuming and mopping together. 😊

Yes, it does, I purchased it 2 years ago, and I like to mop in the Y pattern (Mop feature) as it is pretty good and cleans up all the areas thoroughly.
