I loved your video. I would change the location of the bathroom vanities in the master suite. Two people using the vanities at the same time might bump into each other. Like the twins on hgtv say, they don’t want to be butt buddies. 😂
Your video’s are very nice, and well presented. My only suggestion is that you mention the price of the model homes all decked out, so one could compare that to the starting prices. Keep up the good work. There are not many realtors that focus on the west valley area.
Can I get the upgrade billed separately from the purchase price so I only pay sales tax and the base price without the upgrades is used for property tax purposes?
Unfortunately, builders don't allow that since they are allowing you as the buyer to finance the upgrades. Would be nice if they did though. Great question!
