Ok , people pick what they want to , seen street entertains , that do music for fun in spare time .. and work other jobs .. Well Randy Travis net worth is 12 million .. Should he be making more money , has Radio . and big corporation got his royalties .. Yes .. But that's a price for wanting your name to go big in the first place ... Nothing but GREED .. That's why a lot of younger artiest , dont hire a manager or a producer ... Take the Rapper Tom McDonald .. , Have I gave some of his songs a listen to , YES , But have I bought his CDs . no , HIS MARKETING is the free NET .. And this is why I cant stand people like Travis that feel , people still OWE HIM .. Let say he gets the courts to rule more laws to what COPY RIGHTS will become .. Well all those free TH-cam LISTENS , that could easly down load his songs .. WEILL end up either PAYING A LOT OF MONEY , or PRISON .. Remember the lady , that had thousands of MP3s songs downloaded to her computer , And they ended up saying SHE OWED millions .. and she ended up in PRISON .. Well music is not the ONLY COPY right .. MOVIES , MUSIC , GAMES , and flat out people that give out advice and info .. They all could take this ROOT as well .. Remember WINAMP , was a free music player on a COMPUTER .. They really didnt get rich of their SOFTWARE ... But someone else comes along , makes a better software , and they start off FREE as well .. When you see software , for sale .. They market a FREE ONE , yet you could pay $10 to $50 for the FULL SOFTWARE ... But lets say you buy the full version , and down the road , that software will not work with a NEW OPERATING SYSTEM , that Microsoft just put out .. So what you paid hard earned money for something you cant show for 20 years latter on down the road .. WHO is to BLAME for these kinda things .. Seen a lot of artist that stayed small , that no one hears or knows about .. Well , they dont use BIG CORPORATE BUSINESS at all .. This kinda thing is nothing NEW ..... Led Zeppelin went through a law suit , because certain riffs sound the same elses song ... Well we are getting to a point , that any SONG riffs from 4 to 5 notes on a strings , and a person could say you COPED MY SONG ... Just by plucking a simular cords and notes ... So I hate guys like this that WANT to say you OWE ME .. Because it will have a big cause and effect to what will take place .. LAWS WILL PASS , PEOPLE WILL GET CHARGED .. Your not going to get people sitting at home , and making COPIES , Most people never keep a RECITE .. Well I had thousands of RECORDS , and back them all up on Cassettes .. I have no proof of owning all those records .. But years ago , SOMEONE GOT MY MONEY 40 years ago ... Is it wrong for me to Copy something that I payed for a LONG TIME AGO ... Or do they simply WANT MORE MONEY ... Its like the Move the CHOSEN , I have seen all 4 Seasons , but something made me want the CDs , so I bought the collection ... A person that likes the product a lot , WILL PAY for it .. When the down streaming of GAMES came along , I knew that technology was going to SUCK .. What did downloading games of the web do ..Well people dont have to go looking in the STORES no more to buy a CD .. But the CD is YOUR HARD COPY of your PRODUCT .. Lets say STEAM some day CONTROLS what you PAYED FOR ... I have windows 7 .. And just this YEAR , I was told I would not be able to USE Steam ... My first computer build was WINDOWS windows 3.1 , Before a PCI express was even a thing , before they pushed higher technology out for Graphics .. Well I liked those simple games made during windows 95 and 98 .. And I believe they could of made things BACKWARD COMPATIBLE , but they dont .. Its like our youth , that feel they need to upgrade their I phone every year , WHICH IS BS .. So some of those software makers to games , ARE GONE .. They made their money and moved on ...

Democrats love the power to tell businesses and industries what they need to do and how much they have to pay. Just look at California they forced fast food restaurants to pay 20 dollars an hour and already 10,000 people lost their jobs and many businesses have closed. Democrats stay in your lane these artists get discovered in the radio and then get to sell their music.
Half the radio stations play the same songs over and over by the same artists every day. As long as radios play the same song every hour until the listeners get sick of it and the song starts losing its position on the music charts, it doesn't seem reasonable to pay each time it gets played. You would have to make sure the music on the playlist is always different with different artists so that it would be fair for every artist. The platform streaming the music should be subscribed to by the person receiving the stream and in that way receive payment that gets money to the artist. Seems like music becomes part of public domain once it gets to terrestrial broadcasting via radio.

When I see that I have difficulty taking what they are trying to say seriously. Fair or not, people lose credibility when their written words are littered with misspellings and poor grammar.
