Awesome to see you riding, Joe! With motorbike content, you'll easily become a one-stop shop for me on TH-cam! Cheers, ride safe

You making motorcycle content is the cherry on the cake for me. Definitely when Mr. Baron is involved. Looking forward to your adventures Joe!

Wait until you can ride on a nice summer's day. Then you will absolutely love the freedom and excitement biking gives you. Great camaraderie between bikers too. Having Chris giving you the benefit of his knowledge will help keep you safe as you gain experience.
Looking forward to the M2 speccing video chat with TRL👍

With performance cars requiring less and less driver input, it's always good to see a "car guy" get on a motorbike and appreciate the differences, with motorcycling. Just wait until you get on track, Joe. It'll blow your mind.

*Awww, Baron has a new friendo. Riding on your McDee racers is envy-triggering.* Don't feel that he's pulling away from you but that he believes you can/will be alongside him forevah. That rear brake tip is gold. Cherish these moments, Joe.

Great stuff Joe. Look at the IAM Advanced course for the bike , as a experienced car driver you will really enjoy the content and it will make good story telling. Ride safe. The f is a great around bike. I've has an f800r since 2019.

I've had my F900r coming up to nearly three years now.
First complaint is the quickshifter is a little clunky when new, but after a few k's on the clock it becomes silky smooth, moreso with the addition of the lovely SC-Project exhaust I've go on it.

Try a BMW F850GS, I think you'd find it better as you sit higher and knees are more comfortable position, ideal for a new rider.

Christ, Sue has lost a lot of weight from all that walking… well done lad.
Its always worth getting a trusted, safe and quick rider to literally get you up to speed safely, just riding on tour own it can take years to learn to be safe and quick and likely a few spills in the process… just do get a muppet to ‘forget’ you are learning and drag you faster than your skills can manage, being push/dragged a little to learn is ok but know your limits
Great collaboration guys… do more… budget bike, BMW car battle Benidorm should be done 👍

Beware Dynamic &Dynamic Pro modes on wet, slippery roads due to the sharp throttle response and on bikes so equipped hard suspension settings, a softer set up bike can be more forgiving in dodgy conditions.

Don't discount the rest of the year. Even though it's 'winter', we still get some cracking dry and sometimes mild days which are perfect for riding. I was out on New Years day this year. It was a beautiful day.

So then Joe....How are you getting on with 2 wheels ?
I am far from a Driving God but can, (usually), pilot a car around (using feel & vehicle limits), with some degree of ability.
Like you I came to bikes late....(2021). I have put a lot of effort in to narrow my skills gap between car & bike..Despite seeing genuine fruits of my labour I am aware a gap still remains.
I enjoy riding.... & typically less negative reactions than if overtaking in a car. Riding has also hopefully made me a better driver.
My bike appreciation is such that cars & driving perhaps don't spark "quite" as much interest as before.
My old CB600S (CBR engine) has just under 100hp BUT..totally absent of rider aids/modes etc. I purposely wanted to cut my teeth with analogue, (but accept the benefits of rider aids).
BVG gave decent pointers re Police Roadcraft...steering techniques at different speeds, surfaces & proactive riding etc.
Every day a school day...Building bike muscle memory & skills take time & effort, (even when factoring natural ability &/or transferable skills.
    Ride Safe
    🏍👍

I've not got a motorcycle licence but I see the state of some of the tarmac especially on roundabouts in Northamptonshire and think it must be dangerous for motorcycles deep ruts and pot holes

@@JoeAchilles1 Logistics for rounding up that many early production limousines & journos simultaneously in American desert seems impossible. Reviews are positive, curious to hear what your honest one would have been, after all you have experience with 7er & G70 seems as much of a leap forward as E65 was 20 years ago.
