1. Air - Su 30 MKI , Tejas & other planes
2. Land - special batteries
3. Ship - special batteries
4. Submarine

Also Brahmos Aerospace (reportedly) is soon going to develop lighter Brahmos missiles which can be attached in Light fighter jets and Helicopters as well as in Indian Navy's ships for faster responses to unexpected situations.

The payload doesn't matter because, with that kinetic energy, BrahMos is capable of tearing apart a warship into two, as demonstrated by the test on an actual ship that was into pieces within a matter of few minutes. It just enters the lower hull as a needle enters through cheese and then, rest becomes history.
It doesn't need a heavy payload. The KE is way high to cause devastating damage. Some anti ship tests found ships to be breaking in half just with the impact energy, such that even payload isn't required to neutralize a mid size naval target. It cannot be spotted, it cannot be stopped.
