If you have two CWIS like the Burke class the you have better chances as long as only one C-17 drops rapid dragon. The best defence you could have is what the German Bundesmarine(Federal Navy) is doing and mount cannons that use FAPDS or AHEAD ammunition like the Mantis system.

the thing is. you never drop two or three from the same direction. You dop ten from different direktions (if you know that you can not over load the system) by that i mean that you send enough missiles to brake though the defenses. That is the Russian doctrine.
