Good video, thanks for uploading. I'm going to be swapping out my 5.3 with a cammed 6.0, and your video is helping with a game-plan. I'm going to cheat by using exhaust manifold studs (Dorman 03411HP) on the 6.0 heads so it won't matter if all the 5.3 exhaust manifold bolts break. Also, as a tip, it is usually easier to reach the top bell-housing bolts by pulling the two cylinder heads from the block in the vehicle. I got some ARP head bolts (ARP 134-3610) so I don't have to deal with OEM torque-to-yield sequences after dropping the short-block in the frame, then bolting down the cylinder heads.
This took me a total of 10 hours. You are adding a transfer case and suspension parts so that may add 3 or 4 hours. You should definitely remove the bumper and grill. It will make things a lot easier. I hope this helps
