@@peachesandcream4897 Last time I went to the gym, I went with my super ripped genius friend (weird combo i know but hes literally a mathematics genius and fucking huge) and he tried to get me to do his routine but with much lower weights, I think he underestimated how little muscle I had, and how determined I was. I couldn't straighten my arms for weeks. They were stuck at like a 45° angle. When I tried to straighten them, it felt like I was stretching my muscle too far. The worst part was that I was working at Safeway as a cashier... Try grabbing giant boxes of cat litter and jugs of detergent with arms shaped like an L. It was very painful lmao. I haven't went back. That was like 8 years ago. Now I wish I could go back cus my meds are causing me to gain weight. I'm 5'11" and I saw my weight was 180 the other day. I was terrified. But I dont have my genius ripped friend to help destroy my body anymore

Guys today are all about being as big and muscular as possible, that’s what’s women go for and what we are used to seeing now. Body types seem to go in and out of style for both genders. For women it was all about curves, then came the athletic aerobic look, then the ultra skinny supermodel look, and now it is the big bum/boob implants look.
