I remember it like it was yesterday! . That was the best part of the 80’s!!
As Dr. Joe Dispenza says and other scientists say the body creates its own pharmacy to feel good like dopamine, seretonin, ocytocin, melatonin etc..For example if you love something the body releases oxytocin. For example when people wake up in the morning fresh, they have melatonin and serotonin, therefore they have a good mood....Melatonin is created during sleep. Serotonin is created after waking up. I reported the "nice" "respectful" lady talking about cocaine.. as everybody else here does.
It was also smoking. As soon as smoking really took a nosedive, obesity skyrocketed. Almost would rather people smoke. At least you could look cool and good doing that, but you die of lung caner and/or emphaszeima instead of diabetes.

I teach Jazzercise, I'm 19 and we dance to modern music and the whole program has been revised to cater for a newer audience. I used to be a dancer and I know my body has new been better since teaching. Judi is still teaching and is still a bloody legend, she is more than happy about changing with the times. I adore teaching it 💕

I am a Jazzercise instructor and this lady is STILL the owner of the company. She is a wonderfully sweet lady and her daughter and granddaughter both are involved in the company. I LOVE teaching jazzercise. It is SO much fun, and I love that I am helping people enjoy their bodies. If you can find a Jazzercise class near you TAKE IT! I promise you will have a blast!

I’m 15, and I do jazzercise with my mom. It’s really fun, and even though it has modernized a lot, there are still those key elements that make jazzercise unique, like the personality and spunk of the instructors, it’s so fun 😂😁

Lol little update for everyone, I ended up leaving at the start of this year due to a very toxic team. It was draining my mental health trying to fit in where I was clearly not welcome the majority of the time. I'm now doing weights and going to the gym and have never been happier 🥰
