Thanks for the Sub. Maybe Ill see you on the track some day. Ill be running FRCC next season. Keep up the hard work im enjoying your content on the new Tekno.
Thanks to you too! I raced at a few of the FRCC events and it's a blast. Just hard to make it to the ones further north. Lance and crew makes it an awesome experience for sure! I'll keep posting videos. I'm planning to make an FPV short course rig to race with lol!
Your rear camber links are mounted on the wrong side of the towers camber link plate. The rod end should be towards the front or inside the tower and the nut should be on the back. This could be contributing to the loose rear end.
Wow, awesome catch, thanks for pointing that out! I guess I'm getting old lol, my eyes definitely are. I'll put it on the right way and test. Pretty sure it will calm the rear down if it's installed properly. Thanks for watching and hope you watch future videos to help me out some more!
As far as the rear end being loose, you said you are going to go with a firmer anti-sway bar... I'd go with a softer one myself in hopes of gaining more rear traction.
I see rather too many springs compared to the hydraulics. Then, the anti-roll bars are more useful on this kind of track to gain agility and adjust the front-to-rear balance when sliding. Also, review for example the front caster to optimize the passage of jumps that seem tricky.

Here's a couple links. I got mine from the eBay link. $54 shipped, a little pricey but the precision cut outs and awesome airflow makes it worth it! Maybe heavier shock oils? Other than that, my front end is pretty much stock settings. The best fix is to stay on the throttle well after leaving the face of the jump.
This is the battery I got from Amazon but now out of stock. Maybe consider the second link. I wish I got them instead because they are 6600mAh and 150c. I run 23mm front and back for ride height. Make sure car is at race temp and pump shocks if emulsion to simulate race conditions. My droop screw/shock length limiter is 86mm front and 101mm for the rear. It's a 6.5T Reedy Sonic 540 M3. It's older though. There's a newer M4 available. The pinion in this video and 3rd win race video is 17t. Although last weekend practice, I tested an 18t for a little less punch and lots of top end for the straight. I'll be keeping the 18t for the next race video. They're cheap pinions from Amazon. I believe the inner diameter is 1/8". Fits perfectly on the motor shaft with no adapter. 32P Hardened Pinion Gear Set 1/8 inch Hole 17T 18T 19T 20T 21T with Hex Key (Compatible with 0.8 Metric Pitch) a.co/d/11SFNf1
So the truck is light enough to run a 2 pole motor?? I've got a max 10 140A 4000kv coming in mail, but have a sendored 10bl120 and 7.5t motor i might give a go if that's the trick! Lol
It's brutal out there
It's like crash 'em up derby.. gotta be quick to avoid the pile up lol! Thank you for watching!
Marking tires is a great trip for newer racers!
Hey Coral Springs track I live 1.5 hrs away from there. Much love from Port St. Lucie!!
Nice! Come race with us sometime :)
It's incredibly fast and wonderful. Bro🚘🚘😍👍🏻
Thanks brother! Not as fast as our drones! I'll be flying again soon!

As far as the rear end being loose, you said you are going to go with a firmer anti-sway bar... I'd go with a softer one myself in hopes of gaining more rear traction.
Will definitely try that out. For now I need to mount the rear camber links correctly lol!
I see rather too many springs compared to the hydraulics. Then, the anti-roll bars are more useful on this kind of track to gain agility and adjust the front-to-rear balance when sliding. Also, review for example the front caster to optimize the passage of jumps that seem tricky.
That swaybar looks really small compared to my og sct410.
Ya, they're tiny lol. Had to go up quite a bit just to see a difference on the track. Thanks for watching!
Dante, just purchase this sct, can you relay your setup sheet

WIch battery pack are you using? Also can you suggest ride heights for a start in a track similar to this? thanks.

Which turn motor is that?? And what pinion are you running I know it’s 17t but are you running a mod1 pinion with a smaller bore?
