Great job Dante ! it is a crappy feeling to drop back like that ( to 3rd ) and have to gain back the lead , but focusing and not over-driving will and did get you back in there ! The second place truck also was a good driver but had a couple of bobbles . Fun racing when there is competition that can give you a run for your money !!
Thank you! Tony is fast and drove super consistent for this race. I had to stay calm but I was freaking out inside haha! I don't mind getting beat by faster drivers but I hate losing because of my mistakes. I put extra pressure on myself because I was already thinking about making the video while racing and really wanted the title to be '7 wins in a row' and not, 'oh well, I lost' lol! Honestly though, the normal planted feeling was borderline all day because of the wind. Usually you don't hear the wind in the mic in these videos. They're using a very expensive 4k camera with the fancy little fuzzy thing on the mic. I learned that it might be a good idea to get my hands on 410.3 for these windy days. I was even thinking of making a 410SL with a 550 motor, 1/8 esc and a full size 2s. But ya, that race was super fun lol I had to earn that win for sure! Thanks for the support!

Nice track ! The nice track that we had here in Vegas, two guys from California came and built a beautiful track. Then they had two major 1/8th scale races, after that they totally abandoned the track . So the track sits abandoned 😢.
Thank you! Oh wow, that sucks. It takes a lot of money and manual labor to keep a track going. If someone took it over, they would need starting funds and volunteers. It takes so much work. I consider myself lucky to have a couple of tracks here in South Florida. Over by the Tampa area, there's 3 or 4 tracks and I know at least one of them has a roof!

Hi, thanks for watching! Check out the 40 second mark in my video below. The only difference is the tread pattern. At my track I like the Gripz all around but the Striker seems better in loose or loamy conditions. th-cam.com/video/sfI1tlxqCuE/w-d-xo.htmlsi=xD1Gd4Jf2gHOUxa2

That would be my biggest fear as a marshal..to flip a lapped driver and wreck a lead driver in the process
do you have a setup sheet youncan share
Hi, there's a link to my setup in the description of this video. Thanks for watching!

What is the difference between Striker Evo and Gripz Evo tires?
