Lucky for you, I followed the recipe but it turns out to be bad and disaster. It was too sticky even i knead it properly. I added flour and bake it but it become crispy. The salt i believe is also too much

1st try and Very satisfied. 45 mins didnt work for my dough to rise but just a tip, make it 3-4 hours rest or more and place it in a warm place. It will surely work. And in kneading i didnt have hard time because i was using plastic gloves. Very less messy and easy to knead. Thank you for this recipe!

Thank you for this recipe! I tried about 2 other recipes and yours is the best. I used a stand mixer and it took about 45 mins to get the dough to pass the window pane test 😅 I'll check out your other creations! 🙏

Just made a slight change on the toppings - used cream cheese, butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and some milk (to make it spreadable) and then, grated cheese on top of it. Yum!

DOUGH: Doesn’t necessarily need to be kneaded by hand. You can use an electric stand mixer with the hook attachment. 👍🏻 CHEESE: Homemade Filipino Ensaymada typically uses processed cheese “Eden Cheese” (popular brand name) but mild cheddar cheese also works. 🙂👍🏻

After ma mix po ang dry at wet mixtured last nilagay ang butter po.. nung i mamasa napo sobrang sticky po ng dough ..i follow the steps naglagay po ako ng oil sa kamay at flour sa table.. pero sobrang sticky pdin po ng dough nmin.. as in nadikit po sa kamay.. naubos kopo ang 1/4 cup na flour kaka dagdag pero gnun pdin po sobrang sticky pdin nya... SANA PO MAPANSIN NYO ITONG COMMENT KO..😊 at mabigyan nyo po kmi ng advice ..thnks in advance..
