I did the first one for a lesson and it can also help to show how your weight needs to be during your swing if you are struggling with sliding and topping the ball or chunking it. All you have to do is barely lift your right leg and put it down then do the same with your left leg (this one if your right handed) and if you are lefty do the opposite way and then hit
