    Being a real estate attorney is maybe the best way to get into real estate. As you get to see your client deals up close and under the covers your clients values your involvement in their deals for free legal help.

    Can you do cost segregation with storage units? Does it amount to around the same amount of write offs let’s say 30%?

      You could and that is why doing research on the market is so important. I wanted top convert a warehouse into SF and he analyzed the market and told me NO. UGH - not what I wanted to hear.

    So this guy got lucky and money makes money from there.tell me a real way to get into it.I have 300k and I can get a loan for 500k so with 800k what can I do and how?
