This was an awesome fight. And I agree that it should’ve been longer, and had more tension, but it was great nevertheless. And I have to say that seeing Frost’s fate at the end of the episode almost brought me to tears. She’s been a part of the franchise since season three, and has had gone from villain to anti-hero, and then from anti-hero to full on hero. She’s had an awesome character arc and it brought me to tears to see where her journey ended. RIP Killer Frost/Frost/Hell Frost.

When seeing Deathstorm for the first time last week, that reminded me of something. The blue flame and skull face, sort of seemed reminiscent of Nicolas Cage's Ghost Rider character. The blue flame of course didn't appear, until towards the end of the second Ghost Rider film.

This fight should've been longer to be honest. They didn't really get a chance to showcase all of their abilities and the way Frost easily snatched the matrix off of him was just.. There should've been more tension in the fight but nevertheless it was a pretty decent scene. I feel like it should've been Caitlin that died which would go along with Frost not feeling grief. It'd be her first time truly feeling pain and grief, something that isn't just replicated by Caitlin, plus Frost has more potential than Caitlin seeing as Caitlin has been in the show since day one. Something that would truly break Frost is not being able to save her sister, not being able to fulfill what she was created to do, and I feel like that could've lead to her becoming an antagonist again but uh.. too late now LOL
Actually, Danielle Panabaker is pregnant with her second child, so having her do Frost's stunt scenes would've made it difficult, so they wrote off Frost that way, so Caitlin wouldn't have hectic scenes to do
I wish this show would get a major boost in budget cause they could do so much more with the CGI sequences. I know they got rid of death storm quickly simply because they just don’t have the money for him. It’s so disappointing. Especially now being so used to major cgi from the Disney plus shows.
There's no real reason to assume that. In fact, it looks like they got more episodes this season. This seems to have been their plan for the end of the arc all along, with Frost coming in clutch.
The problem isn't a lack of budget, it's that they do too many episodes. So not only can they not spend as much time on cgi or special effects, but they usually end up making arcs too short or way too long.
I wish we had Deathstorm for more episodes like only 2 ? & he looks scarier than Zoom imo it’d been cool to have him alive at the end & he is a reoccurring character. & sucks frost had to die :( now we just have Caitlin
well to be fair, he was present in the arc as the Black Flame for almost 4 episodes. Ep 8,9,10,11 all had him as the Black Flame. and that was a pretty powerful form too

@Red United Oh, I agree that Season 1-3 were supreme. Especially Season 2 imo Season 4 and 5 sucked ass. And Season 4 had a huge missed potential with The Thinker. Season 6 actually was interesting with the whole creepy Bloodwork storyline, I honestly wish they would've expanded on that before ruining it with that Mirrorverse shit. This Season isn't that bad and I can appreciate the callbacks to Season 1. I can't blame people for liking this season. It's not the best but it's not the worst. Though it does have some characters I don't care for. 🤷

Frost needs a real name. They can't keep referring to her as 'Frost'. I mean, they can, but if she wants to exist _legally,_ she'll need an actual name. She's been around for a couple seasons now, she deserves to get a name of her own, one that doesn't have anything to do with her powers.

I know frost died and everything but nobody notices that this is still the flashes show,but all he does in this episode is grieve and cry while frost is the one who fights the villain of the season or at least the first one I know that frost could only defeat him but this is flashes show after Armageddon the only episode that focuses on him is episode 8 and a bit of episode 7 that’s all.if the future episode doesn’t focus on Barry then this show is not about him any more and let me remind in season 7 he had more screen time than season 8.this season is suppose to be better than 7 and even though it has a better storyline it doesn’t give much time to its main character

Frost needs a real name. They can't keep referring to her as 'Frost'. I mean, they can, but if she wants to exist _legally,_ she'll need an actual name. She's been around for a couple seasons now, she deserves to get a name of her own, one that doesn't have anything to do with her powers.
