@@LilRussLife forget about this scene, I'm talking in general the actor for Cecil generally over-acts. The way she screams and widens her eyes are to an extreme level that it seems cringe. I have nothing against the actor, but this is true you can't deny it. Perhaps it may not be the actors fault, the directors may ask her to act like that.

Caitlin's powers never worked that way. She was always either Caitlin OR Frost, she had both identities living inside of her consciousness since she was young. When Caitlin would become unconscious, Frost could take over, and vice versa. When team flash separated the two, they removed an entirely separate consciousness (Frost) that was residing inside of Caitlin. They each had their own identities, but they were one of the same. It's a superhero version to having a Monozygotic twin. Instead of a single egg that splits and forms two identical babies, think of it as a single egg that formed two identical *identities* within one. Same concept can be seen in SPLIT, except his 23 identities were constantly battling for control of his one body.
I wish it were Iris who went to solace Cait. These two literally never talk to each other let alone have a screen-time together. But of course, Iris would give consolation to Barry instead
The fact the Barry who is her best friend and has been there from the beginning didn’t go to comfort Caitlin is sad, because now she had no one to be there who truly understands her.
Season 1-4 Barry would have hugged her. The new writers just want to show off westallen whenever they can so now Barry only cares about iris with some regard for the others
Oh my Danielle Panabaker's performance as Caitlin in that last scene was so heartbreaking that it made me bawl like a baby while eating pizza......i could truly feel Caitlin's loss......
caitlin crying hit me hard i bursted into tears by the time Cecile hugged her, she losses her husband twice, her dad, now her sister, Caitlin crying hit me harder than i thought
I was crying before that because it’s started raining and it lost broadcast so as I hit the thing to go back the clip I ended on spoiled it for me. So leading up to it I was fine. Until frost looked at Caitlin then I sobbed. Took me a good 15 mins to finish the rest of the episode but I was shambles. I’m still crying as I’m typing this

This really just broke my heart. Killer Frost ever since she was mentioned in the Flash, her first appearance and everything, she has been my favorite character since the beginning. This just really hit me hard. I just couldn't believe it. As soon as I saw the title for the next episode, and Frost in the MedLab, I immediately knew she wasn't going to make it. 😭
Looking back at S3 and how Frost was I don’t consider a villain. Yes she did some nasty things and yes was I guess in a way evil but I think she was scared, lost, and felt lonely. She couldn’t trust herself or anyone. After that and what she became, she was a hero and more. RIP Frost. We love you.

Lost her fiance, the other boyfriend was a super villain, her mentor was a super villain, her father was a super villain and died too, her fiancé came back as a super villain and died again and now her "sister" died too , only her mother remains, but who knows, she may also end up dead in a next episode. If the producers are going to give her a miserable life they better get her off the show, it's getting painful to watch, Caitlin deserves better.

Tbh I think Barry still has more pain then Caitlin because his enemy’s like Savitar, Zoom and Reverse ruined his life technically and taking a lot from him just to destroy him. Barry’s Pain, loss and suffering is more then just loosing someone because of death. He lost his parents from both of his villains. Technically lost Nora from a villain but she’s back and lost Hr, lost Oliver and lost Nash because he sacrificed himself so Barry could have his powers again

I really thought I wasn't going to cry but man did it hurt seeing Frost die, I cried hard. Frost was the best and worst of Caitlin band it really hurts to see her go not to mention how much they have all lost, a friend, a daughter, a girlfriend, Frost was basically Cait twin sister she was apart of her and she lost Ronnie 3 times already not to mention losing her dad and now Frost. Mark lost the only person the first person who believed in him and saw the best even when he didn't. She always had his back and even stood up for him when people hated him or called him a loser, he helped Frost and Caitlin talk about how neither of them want to be alone. This episode made me really emotional and I hate seeing my favorite characters die in a series
Honestly ralph and cisco would have made the scenes much more emotional and would have cried harder than anyone because both were close to frost like best buddies! Both helped her how to live like a human.
I wanted to cry but when I didn't anyone crying on the team not even a year in Caitlin's eyes I reserved mine too. Caitlin and Mark are family now. They can be each other's support group.
This was a great episode. Frost passing got me chocked up. Something told me something wasn't right when frost absorbed Death Storm's power and I was right. I was hoping Caitlin could save her and it looked like she had but frost flat-lined and passed away. I feel terrible for Caitlin. She lost alot; her husband, father and now Frost. She has her mom and I hope she doesn't lose her too.
There was a quick line by caity referencing how deathstorm did this for millenia, essentially saying Frost's body couldn't handle all the grief and power Deathstorm had inside him
This was not a loss Frost never should have been more than Caitlin's alter ego so for the show to tease a major character death and y'all to fall for it is nonsense!
I feel their pain. It put me in tears and broke my heart seeing them go though this. Because this happened exactly to me when I found out my nana had passed away.
When I found out my brother was murdered at 24years old. The pain of losing him was a pain I never felt before. It took a part of my soul. Seeing frost die almost brought me to tears
Cecile did some good job here hugging Caitlin. I think rather than everyone hugging their special people it would have been good to all make a group hug around Caitlin. But I guess they wanted her to be center of the pain.
I think that after hearing Frost's death, Cisco is probably in bed or at his desk in Star City sadly looking at a picture of himself, Frost (when she was still in Caitlin's body), and Harry while they were partying in Star Labs (I know Frost passed away in the New Multiverse, but surely some photographs of the Original Multiverse still exist, I mean some relics of the old multiverse like Nora's journal, Jesse's suit and Sherloque's brandy bottle were brought or restored in the new Multiverse).
Wow when i was watching I’m like get to the part where Barry and Caitlin announces frost Death, oh my god Danielle Panabaker sold! That performance i felt her heartbreak it was true and the way she performed and her howling and her crying echoing she felt it she even was on fours and crouching down, now that’s what a call a true performance at hand, it was intense but really good. Like i felt her pain i felt it and that is great.

Frost personality was also kick ass, she wasn’t afraid to adventure or go out of the box. She may have been born to protect Caitlin, but it was not fair that she just started to live a life on her own terms and then it get completely taken away from her.

But when you look at the metaphorical message, if my sister were in that much trouble, I would risk my life to save her. This makes me sad. Barry has lost so much in his life. Everytime he wins he has to lose someone. I think frost took the cake because he was going to try to help her live the best life and now she is gone I just wish our hero's didn't have to go through this. But I think Barry may never recover from this I think this will make him more guarded and not willing to just let anyone put their life on the line. I feel like he blames himself because from the start he knew that wasn't Ronnie and because he didn't trust his gut it cost team flash one of the most important members and friend. Didn't see her death coming at all. It really solidified when Mark broke down crying. They had plans together, as a couple, and it just kinda reminds me of when people when lose their significant other early on in life, like they weren't even married yet, but you know she was headed in that direction since she had her own independent life. Honestly one of my favorite character's, her story arc is so well written and Danielle Panabaker has done a great job with that character over the years.
The fact that it took a minute for someone to hug caitlin makes me mad because she is definitely the one that is hurting the most

Frost was the best and worst of Caitlin band it really hurts to see her go not to mention how much they have all lost, a friend, a daughter, a girlfriend, Frost was basically Cait twin sister she was apart of her and she lost Ronnie 3 times already not to mention losing her dad and now Frost.
Mark lost the only person the first person who believed in him and saw the best even when he didn't. She always had his back and even stood up for him when people hated him or called him a loser, he helped Frost and Caitlin talk about how neither of them want to be alone.
This episode made me really emotional and I hate seeing my favorite characters die in a series

Honestly ralph and cisco would have made the scenes much more emotional and would have cried harder than anyone because both were close to frost like best buddies! Both helped her how to live like a human.
Caitlin made it more emotional because Frost was a part of her, and that's what matters most

I wanted to cry but when I didn't anyone crying on the team not even a year in Caitlin's eyes I reserved mine too. Caitlin and Mark are family now. They can be each other's support group.
This was a great episode. Frost passing got me chocked up. Something told me something wasn't right when frost absorbed Death Storm's power and I was right. I was hoping Caitlin could save her and it looked like she had but frost flat-lined and passed away. I feel terrible for Caitlin. She lost alot; her husband, father and now Frost. She has her mom and I hope she doesn't lose her too.
There was a quick line by caity referencing how deathstorm did this for millenia, essentially saying Frost's body couldn't handle all the grief and power Deathstorm had inside him
She also lost Ramsey as well

Cecile did some good job here hugging Caitlin. I think rather than everyone hugging their special people it would have been good to all make a group hug around Caitlin. But I guess they wanted her to be center of the pain.

I think that after hearing Frost's death, Cisco is probably in bed or at his desk in Star City sadly looking at a picture of himself, Frost (when she was still in Caitlin's body), and Harry while they were partying in Star Labs (I know Frost passed away in the New Multiverse, but surely some photographs of the Original Multiverse still exist, I mean some relics of the old multiverse like Nora's journal, Jesse's suit and Sherloque's brandy bottle were brought or restored in the new Multiverse).

Wow when i was watching I’m like get to the part where Barry and Caitlin announces frost Death, oh my god Danielle Panabaker sold! That performance i felt her heartbreak it was true and the way she performed and her howling and her crying echoing she felt it she even was on fours and crouching down, now that’s what a call a true performance at hand, it was intense but really good. Like i felt her pain i felt it and that is great.

I haven't cried at an episode of the flash yet... but this scene absolutely broke my heart and i am having no luck holding back tears...
This is one of the painful moments I ever seen and I feel very bad about Caitlin big time and I wonder how Cisco and Ralph will react about that.

@@noxcore69 Same here. The funny thing is is I am a twin, so I could sort of relate to Caitlin and frost’s dynamic. Frost personality was also kick ass, she wasn’t afraid to adventure or go out of the box. She may have been born to protect Caitlin, but it was not fair that she just started to live a life on her own terms and then it get completely taken away from her.

This makes me sad. Barry has lost so much in his life. Everytime he wins he has to lose someone. I think frost took the cake because he was going to try to help her live the best life and now she is gone I just wish our hero's didn't have to go through this. But I think Barry may never recover from this I think this will make him more guarded and not willing to just let anyone put their life on the line. I feel like he blames himself because from the start he knew that wasn't Ronnie and because he didn't trust his gut it cost team flash one of the most important members and friend. R.I.P to Frost may she rest in peace knowing she had an impact on everyone's life not just on the flash but for each and everyone of us.
I am sad frost died she was so full of life and she inspired chill blade to change over to the good guys side she is a hope of nature we will miss u frost forever shall be in our hearts.

Didn't see her death coming at all. It really solidified when Mark broke down crying. They had plans together, as a couple, and it just kinda reminds me of when people when lose their significant other early on in life, like they weren't even married yet, but you know she was headed in that direction since she had her own independent life. Honestly one of my favorite character's, her story arc is so well written and Danielle Panabaker has done a great job with that character over the years.
