If Cisco was here, I highly think he would have freaked the hell out since it was similar to what happened to Caitlin in 3x18. P.S. : Now I remember where that scene was similar from : Smallville. When Johnathan Kent died in front of his family, he left a smile and happy look to his family before passing away.
