I read somewhere one time where someone said that AC/DC's lyrics were all from south of the belt buckle, and that's pretty accurate 😀

In my opinion, this is and Riff Raff are probably two of the best AC/DC songs.

Most underrated Bon album is Powerage definitely worth a review , but if it’s big stadium rock you prefer then let there be rock and highway to hell are bons big ones. As for Brian well back in black is a master piece 2nd biggest selling album of all time speaks for itself! Wish to see a visual stadium anthem would definitely check out a live showing of for those about to rock ! ❤️🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿

5 out of 10 is a tad harsh but you are perfectly free to have an opinion sir! They have many more songs that float your boat. That's the wonderful thing about music and art in general, some people love things that others detest. It stirs our emotions, makes us engage and consider and the resultant opinion is essential.
When I got into music as a young teenager it was enormous fun delving back in time and listening to older music - good to see that this is still happening for others. I still unearth some cracking tracks from the 70's and 80's.

I think people would regard this being a great solo because of the phrasing. It's really great and totally in-line with the song. Then again people will repeat comments, because they read one comment and want to agree.

I have to agree that to me Ride On is the best solo (actually 2 solo's)..
For me the Bon era is the best era but i was bought up on ACDC & Bons era..
In the Brian era it has to be shoot to thrill, i love that drum bit in the middle..

The reason people are drawn to this solo is because it is traditional. Meaning it’s more of a frantic style which is a popular way of soloing on electric guitar. I think angus’ only soloing “style” is that he plays notes that for. I don’t know if that means the notes of the chords being played or what the technical term is but some other rock lead guitarists play notes that stand out above the song. A higher key maybe? But they don’t necessarily fit the song or chords. In TNT he doesn’t even play a solo, I assume because he didn’t think it needed one or there was no great place to put one without messing up the song.

Hey Mike Thankyou for taking the time to watch and leave great insight into Angus’ playing

I agree this seems like a noodling track for Angus. The solo is typically awesome, but Ride on is better. He also has several other solos that are just mind blowing.
