- Heyyyyy my lovelies, These trays are the best Resin I have ever done at least, I love them the most out of everything ! As mentioned in previous video and on other Socials I am completely in love with Botanicals right now. I want to explore them in as many ways as possible. In this video I am sharing with you how I made these Epoxy Resin Botanical trays using real leaves, stones, tattoos and foil. Everything I used including the moulds, will be linked in my Amazon Store Front.

These are gorgeous! They remind me of a winter garden. I even kind of like the effect of the green bleed from the ferns!
ahhh thank you so much lovely x yeh the Bleed definitely didnt take away from it but I wasnt expecting it .. and I think it was only the ferns too

I typed out a whole comment about the leaf bleed but you said it! The bleed doesn't matter so much on the green bits but I actually don't think the bleed looks too bad behind no green, it just looks like a different green shade resin. I've seen bleeds that are obvious and bad but these ones aren't because of the colour choice. Gorgeous work Claire! Looking forward to seeing more!

Oh wow these are just gorgeous!!! Love love love these!! They turned out amazing! Love what all the different textures bring to them! Oh wow your ideas for these are endless! You could try a witchcraft one, with crystals, purples and golds, gold glitter, little gold charms. Oh wow the possibilities are endless. Bloody awesome lovely!! I think im gonna get myself some of those botanicals for my journaling too.

I use temporary tattoos on everything,resin,wood,glass etc,l have found if you really soak the back paper then use a piece of kitchen towel to soak up excess water the paper slides of with no problem,love the botanicals😍
Yeh I tend to use paper to dry any excess too works well .. I just worry it could rip the tattoo also x so glad you love them thank you x

Have you ever thought of doing an antique rose themed resin tray set? Serving tray and 4 saucers with cups or just the tray and saucers... I think they'd be really pretty with your talent and how you embellish things.

Love them, botanicals paired with tattoos ... Whodathunk?!? Anyway, last year I gathered leaves, flowers, twigs from my garden and dried or pressed them for inclusions in my resin art. My faves are the ferns I picked in the forest since I don't have those at home. I am as excited as you while assembling and then demolding 😸😻. 💗 your enthusiasm. Trust me, it's addicting 😉. Can't wait to see your next creatiins. Now off to get some body tattoos. For the resin too 😹. Alysen

It bled cus they aren't dried properly just pressed. So the moisture in the fern came out. But these are stunning Claire
ahhhhh thankyou so much for explaining Dana .. that is frustrating seeing as I bought them dried :( x I will have to maybe dry them out myself .. or just dry my own leaves completely lol x

These turned out beautiful! I love how the silver foil makes it look like frost. This is inspiring for me to start up my resin projects again now that the busy holiday season has passed! It will feel good to start working on other things now! :) Great job, Claire!

Beautiful Claire! Do we just do an Amazon search on your link for the temporary tattoos? The ones I find seem way too big (more for a person's back or extremities). Thank you for advice/sharing! They're lovely - Gorgeous!!!

If you accidentally leave the film on the tattoo, u can put that plastic in the resin as the film will disappear - its like using a photo or a sticker!
Also u can lay down a thin layer of resin like u do with the leaves - let the thin resin cure and then u can put tattoo on it and not have to top coat it. 😃
Can you rectify if you didn't put enough resin in for the top coat and it has pulled away from the edges as you stated? Many thanks Jo.
Heyyyy Jo .. yes .. you can pour a leather layer ... or sand the inside a bit and pour another layer
@@ClairesCraftyCorner thank you, I have followed your videos and made a lovely piece but didn't pour enough resin for the top coat, so it has a few craters but as its my first attempt I ok as it is still a learning curve. Thank you very much for all your help x
