Hey my lovelies, Shove it all in ! This is the aesthetic I am going for in this video and I had the most fun doing them ! In this video I am showing you how I made these layered, beautifully romantic and Gothic resin trays. I am using what I like to call the 'Shove it all in' technique ha :) This project evolved from tattoos and a few inclusions .. to even more tattoos, inclusions and added extras such as glitter glue and posca pen detail. I am using crosses and wings made from left over resin. I have have a stash of left over resin pieces. You never know when they will come in handy. I am also using plastic spiders, metal keys decals and foil.

I think that all the layers make them complete. Goth is a bit gaudy to start with, so adding all the extra elements contributed immensely to the over all gothy feeling. As always, stunning!

If I focus past my fear of spiders I love them all! I kept thinking "no, that's enough" several times only to go "oh, that made it even better" every time. The 3D effect is great!

I LOVE these! I love the accents with the pens. Fabulous! And I love that spider. I have to get my area put back together so I can play with resin again. Then I need to order these trinket moulds. I love everything you can do with them.

Hey Claire! You amazing that’s why we watch you and subscribe. My AC has been titzupinaditch nearly a month. I’m miserable and watching videos is not something I feel like doing. Doing my house chores is all I accomplish most days. I’m loving these trays. I’m making my son-in-law a steampunk journal so I’m looking for ideas. Ohhhh your trays are fun. Adding the tattoos, paint, and sealer made a big difference. Then adding the 3-D bits…WOW… you gave the trays life. BTW… I made it to the end and I’m sure most others did too.

Those are gorgeous! I have this mould and was driven crazy by the holes along the rim. What do you do about those? UV resin?
Thin viscosity resin, spray the mould with isopropyl alcohol first, pour resin, micro brush round the edges, gently warm with heat tool x
hey lovely, I usually run a cocktail stick around the edge but forgot with these .. but as Chantal says below you could use alcohol too. I have never tried that x
I am new to resin. I played a little with us resin. Could you suggested good resin brand available in Canada? GlassCast 3 and vista Cascade are not available here unfortunately. I love your videos, you are a great teacher . Thank you very much
