It's hard to believe because the cops issued a ticket which means they were on scene and saw that he was illegally parked. The tow company doesn't want to risk losing their lucrative contract with the city. NYC probably pays them several hundred thousand bucks a year due the contract they have with them. The reason why they don't save pictures cause they know they tow cars illegally ... not always but tow company's are sketchy aswell ... it's all about the money
The tow truck has a contract with the city. Judge should of had the Tow Truck company return the money and the tow truck company should attempt to sue the city, because they have the agreement with the city. She got it completely wrong. New York City has thousands of illegal "driveways" and homeowners must be fined. You can't just create a curb cut without permits, and say its a driveway. You have to file with the Building Department and the Dept of Transportation to get a legal driveway, and the zoning and setbacks have to allow it on your property.
Even if that was the case, the tow company can only tow a car if a police write a ticket for it and call them to tow. The tow company doesn't know the laws, they only know when they are contracted to tow. The judge of the case does though and can throw out a case (for a number of reasons, one might not be because it was an illegal parking job). They did a job without any negligence and shouldn't be responsible for something that is the police fault. The police should return the money, if it was ruled that it wasn't an illegal parking job. Just because the ticket was thrown out, doesn't mean that he was in the right as it could have still been an illegal parking job and the ticket (at the time of writing) was still valid.

Why isn’t the basic tow feed returned returned that he paid them and then the tow company sues the city of NY? The only people who got money was the tow company, they acted on NY say so.
Hes too cool for his own good. Shouldn't have winked his eyes and try to talk like a player. Just speak clearly bro stop trying to pimp talk. Might have won
Did you even watch the case? lol
Lmao how is he trying to talk like a pimp? Some of you say any thing, you and the idiots who liked your comment. Just go ahead and say he’s acting like a “nîgga” because that’s exactly what this comment is giving.
James what are you talking about ??? LOL
Wrong video James 😂
The more I watch her the more I don’t like this show she is reason judges, get a bad wrap she does not let you talk and she’s leading you to say what she wants to hear. Her mind is made up before you talk.
plaintiff gold grills be totally slammin
If a building is boarded up and non-functional can you park in their driveway?
I would say no. One time I was about to park in a parking lot of a building that was no longer an active business. One of the employees of the restaurant next door that I was going to came out and told me that I would get towed if I parked there. It's not worth the risk.
@@deemcgriff4196 Yeah, I agree. I think most cities need the money and will write tickets any chance they get.
Plaintiff is fine af👀
Why isn’t the basic tow feed returned returned that he paid them and then the tow company sues the city of NY? The only people who got money was the tow company, they acted on NY say so. Everyone is made whole if plaintiff gets money back from who he gave it to. Tow company gets back money for the tow by the people who ordered it towed erroneously ..that’s what’s fair.
Because the tow company did the work, as they were supposed to, and they deserve to get paid. It was the cities fault.
@@justinturner8278 I agree they did the work, but it was NY city’s fault and *they* should pay the tow company because according to the litigation they said the plaintiff did nothing wrong. Plaintiff shouldn’t be out of pocket and neither should the tow company who did the work. The one at fault is the city that put this in motion
@@zoeg7985hence why he should go to NYC for the fee back, as it was NYC fault for the tow, assuming the case was thrown out due to it not being an illegal tow. At the end of the day, the tow company didn't do anything wrong and should be paid for their work, but if there is negligence, it would be on NYC or NYPD to pay for the legal tow.
The plaintiff has the complexion for the connection in NYC.
Nah, that would be your White behind, and don't forget, your breatheren, the Jews.
He's not ugly but.....fine? cute? 🤔
If one of my daughters brought him home, i'd give him a chance (because looks aren't everything, and he looks decent enough) and then he'd say - I've seen plenty of active driveways!.....
Active driveways and inactive driveways are an actual thing in NYC. That's why his ticket was ultimately thrown out.
Dude got lucky.
😮
Nah the toe truck company should’ve given him his money back. Why should he have to chase NYC and sue; when the two companies that work together (nypd and the tower company) are the ones that got it wrong. Those two should’ve been up to date on what’s what and if not they should have to eat the fine/tow fee not the plaintiff .
Plaintiff does not want to admit he lied to the other judge to get the ticket dismissed by his cousin the Attorney......
This was a stupid comment. Why would he have to lie even in that picture it doesn’t look like an active driveway
$60.00 to pull it out of the yard. SCAMMER
The plaintiff 😉😍
Go after the city for 1.3 million and see what happens 😅
There’s a database that shows them LEGAL driveways.
Anyone with a neck tattoo has already lost.
Why is this judge racist , she behaves this way in a lot of her rulings
You can't use icloud on an android. She is making a bold assumption that everyone has an iPhone when in fact more people own androids.
They can still back up photos..
Either through Google or Samsung accts.

I welcome u to return to Europe where u make up most of the population 🤷🏽♀️
Them kind of people are lazy. And trying to get away a free tow
I bet you anything he was using the racism card. He's so entitled. It's disgusting.
I think we've found the anti-Adrian 🥴
WTF is racism? Your grandparents must have been BLACK 😂
Ghetto plaintive with the grill 👍
The plaintiff even had a ruling in his favor by a judge yet Milian completely ignored it still screwed him out of his money. I've always talked about how racist Milian is and this is a definite indication as to why.
He would have won if he had sued the right person. That's not racism
@@elizabeth95826 Exactly, some people don't think before writing nonsense
You're not a sharp individual whatsoever. We forgive your ailment.
its not the tow company's fault dummy.
Are you crazy, she explained why he lost. The tow company did there job, police give the ticket and then they were able to tow it.
Plaintiff dressed like he's going to the local fleamarket
