Pay him the money owed and accept it lady!
I think that the plaintiff should have automatically won the case because the husband did not show up. Not because she is a woman but he was dealing with the husband. Judge let me down on this one. Plaintiff was 100% right in my opinion. That woman doesn't know what her husband did. This case bothered me.
Yea I feel the same way it makes me not want to watch this show anymore
I feel the same way. She is acting different.
Crossed arms
She's a ball buster
It’s amazing how I’m influenced by the personality of the litigants and am amazed how the judge gets beyond it
It was, the contractors want to talk with John and not with his wife judge marilyn-that got me. Lol
When doing business deals I let my husband handle issues with men and I handle issues with women. I thought it was weird when he first suggested it to me but it works. Maybe it’s a cultural thing.
When you are a business owner you are required to be helpful in kind not allowed mouth like she is. She is really hurting their business
4 toilette needed to be fixed!?!? Talk about epic dumps…
Hopefully the defendant will get a small settlement so she can purchase new pants without holes!
🗣Customer service!! She was being an ass, plain and simple. Abide by your company’s (her husband) word whether or not the customer is annoying. 🙄
If she keeps this up she is going to run them out of business
Karen defendant: it's not about the communication.
Right after that: I didn't know about the affidavit.
So it is about communication!
Wow, $600.00 to fix four toilets... That's a smoking deal. I paid a plumber $500.00 to troubleshoot and repair one toilet. He wasn't able to fix my toilet so I had to spend another $300.00 to replace it.
Is she for real
Over $150 that Nick agreed to repair
She is will to have bad word of mouth speed
Instead if fixing it
and good word of mouth
the parts are cheap
Actually he is right. Why would the judge go with what she says. She has no proof that he actually hurt his leg. Which her being a business women should know exactly what she should bring.
4 toilets in his house?!!!..he got a big ass house!!😆😆😆
Heck yea you show up especially if it's a husband or wife. Btw what man let's his wife go alone?!
Exactly!!!
The man that’s married to a petty witch 😂. He’s probably ready to let her live alone 🤷🏾♀️. Clearly she has no respect for him or his decisions. I would’ve let her go alone too.
One that didn’t get hurt skiing....😆😆😆
"Do they have evidence that he did ?" Incredibly valid argument there. 👏 👏 👏 👏
JM never let's people get their full arguments out . Drives me nuts. He may have won more if she had let him speak. But NoOoO she needs to hear her own voice , always.
P.s. I love this show, and most of the time I'm on JM's side. It's just stupid when full justice isn't served because the judge pulls shit like this. 😒
That husband needs to put is foot down with that woman. She is using personal feelings to run a business.
I thought the plaintiff was more than polite to the woman.
So, he took a sleep over for you to decide to fix toilets in your home? Cmon man, some people are tight lol.
Damn 4 toilets? Place is huge.
Wow that lady gave me Coraline’s step mother vibes.
Umm did JM call her husband a p*ssycat in that analogy of why the plaintiff shouldn’t have dismissed her?!
Yep.
Wonder what would happen if her called her that
That lady has to grow a backbone and not waste the courts time with this rubbish.
She's a money hungry rude business owner. God dam!
Judge Marilyn is BIAS asf.One episode its you can't come to court flapping your gums, next episode he broke his leg but all she doing to substantiate that is someone flapping her gums.
Here here, hypocritical as hell.
Sounds like she jumped in the middle of business, she knows nothing about? Or wasn't in the loop. Not sure how this ends yet, but if one of the toilets they fixed was not fixed right and still broken, they have to fix what y paid them for.
He didn't show up cuz he didn't wanna lie under oath against his wife. That's what it seems like to me
This is one case when I wish the judge would just shut up and let the guy describe what's going on with the toilets.
I totally agree with the husband for not showing up. If you overrule me, then go ahead and deal with it your own way, alone.
How do 4 toilets get broken? Might wanna post directions of use on the wall. 1.) pants down/skirt up 2.) sit. 3.) perform 4.) wipe 5.) flush 6.) Take bow
The plaintiff was not treated nicely because that wife stood there and made it sexist ? Listen, she didn't make the agreement and she didn't want to listen to it so of course he will tell her he wants to talk to the person who made the agreement. I don't know why married couples start a company together .. all the examples I saw in this show sucks .. the wives always either have no clue or try to do something else beside what is agreed on.
Dam, can she let them answer the question before she interrupts them🙄
She never does
The defendant is overbearing. The judge let this go on too long. Open and shut case. The husband settled, he had proof. That simple
The guy doing the interviews at the end is so petty 😂😂
It would be nice if she let them answer her questions.
The way she looked at him outside the courtroom!!
The plaintiff and I literally said: *”Do they have evidence that he did”?* in unison. 😂
To talk about a bad attitude but you can tell the lady has a bad attitude or is it just me 🤷🏽♀️ .
