I love that he is advocating for children's innocence because when I was a young child I found out what a condom was from their "condom challenge" that was popular at the time. They are supposed to be family friendly and family oriented but they are very hypocritical and misinformed.

Plus trans kids aren't getting surgery until they're an adult. They're just doing things like getting hormone blockers IF they're lucky, which isn't harmful at all and they can stop at any time and their body will resume puberty if they want to.

In The Netherlands, I had to choose my secondary educational profile at 13... It's not fully set in stone, but knowing the secondary vocational education options today, I'd say you are pretty much fucked if you make the wrong decision (I was not let in on a secondary educational option at 21 for being "to old", something which, by the way is not allowed for schools to select on based on the first article in the Dutch Constitution).
Most people want that line drawn at 18.

My daughter is almost always wearing a rainbow. Not for pride or anything, she just likes pretty colours. Her room is pretty much entirely rainbow, adults are the ones making it weird. Kids tend to like colours. My daughter has been to a pride every year since she was born. She loves it, she loves the colours, she loves the party atmosphere. These adults are the weird ones sexualising kids. They won't let their kids wear a rainbow but will happily put their infant son in a "ladies man" shirt or infant daughter in a "daddy says no dating" shirt

I'm a cis straight man and yes I experimented with bisexuality and androgyny throughout my childhood but ended up very cis, very straight. Nonetheless even as a kid and to this day I f#&king love the g&%damn rainbow. Back in grade school I think I actually turned some girls away from dating me because I talked about how much I loved the rainbow (not like obsessively it was just something I occasionally mentioned and I think people took it the wrong way). One of my favorite shirts that I wear now as a 30-year-old has a rainbow and says "Sounds gay, I'm in." It's completely innocuous and not even indicative of my sexuality or identity. These SNOWFLAKES get so triggered by its existence nonetheless.

Many of these transphobes don’t realize that many cis people get gender affirming care, like hormones and surgeries
even though I'm not the biggest fan of boob jobs their a difference between boob jobs and having surgery to transition into another gender or sex or whatever. boob jobs are meant to enhance the already feminine features in a woman while transitioning (male to female) is trying to create artificial female's attributes as a way to better pretend that they are literally the opposite gender.

Exactly. I was outed and came out at 45, and it felt like someone set my whole fuckin life on fire. Nothing worked right for the old life and I lost so many precious friendships because I'd just been pretending to be a person, that they couldn't even see anymore. I want to change the world so that people don't have to wake up with their whole damn life on fire at 45, and try to fuckin clean up and survive a mess like that. I know millenials who have grown up OUT and they have had a much more genuine, sincere, realistic start to their lives that just isn't possible if we all have to hide ourselves for fear of conservative disapproval. Homosexual behaviour is seen over every cultrue, every class of people, even in the animal kingdom. And of late, among girls struggling through puberty who are not what society deems as the "pretty girls"

I work at Walmart & they do have pride month items. In fact pride month is everywhere. Good luck boycotting every single company.

Colors in general? We should also ban every adult item in stores (bras, condoms, period products, hardware stuff) so kids won't see any adult shit... @@Seiko__o- please explain how it's harmful to encourage kids to experiment. it's more harmful to repress gender dysphoria than to try out new pronouns and realize they don't fit. one of them leads to depression and, in many cases, suicide, and the other very rarely leads to medical detransition; it's less than 5% of the cases because transition is a very long process and there's time to experiment and question your gender identity during that time.

My parents were like this and still don’t agree with trans people and LGBTQ+. I am not trans and grown up in a conservative community and I still sat them down and showed them some videos about the science behind it, and that it’s normal and ok to be trans. I have opened their minds more but they have a lot more to learn. I have a friend who is a trans guy and I’m so proud of him, and he just got his first binder. I didn’t tell my parents about him for his safety, trust, and so they didn’t get all upset and everything. What you’re doing is great and you’re one of his role models. I hope you keep doing what you’re doing and keep being a great influence.😊 We’re both 15 and guys btw

I’m a trans person and did medical ketamine at one point, can firmly say it basically did nothing to ‘fix’ me besides allowed me to trip balls in a safe setting, which, granted was fun as fuck.
It was never about protecting kids
These two are not just transphobic, they're also ageist and ableist. They don't want women who don't menstruate every month to be visible, so anyone who's been through menopause should just be hidden away. Anyone like me with endometriosis or any other health condition that limits fertility should also not be visible, because in order to have a place in the world as a woman you MUST be able to get pregnant. As a cis woman they probably wouldn't have an issue with me being in an ad, until I spoke up about my endo and the fact that I can't get pregnant, so basically, just pretend and never say anything. If you're a trans woman who passes that would probably be ok, until you speak up about your truth , so basically just pretend and shut up so they don't get triggered but don't be a snowflake when their utter lack of respect and compassion infringes on your human rights. These things make my blood boil. Sorry for the long rant 😅

He's super excited to go to a pride parade with us and he even wants to wear one of those "free dad hugs" shirts. I'm 17 and this is very hard to see for me, growing up I used to watch the Attwood family and really enjoyed them. It was a major part of my childhood, me and my family used to sit down after dinner and watch their videos every night. The part of your brain that doesn’t finish developing until you’re 25 is the part of your brain responsible for making decisions based on what is socially acceptable and what other people will think of you. It’s part of why kids are carefree and goofy while adults act very “normally” and don’t act strange very often.
Yup has literally nothing to do with sexuality or gender, which are more instinctual and innate to oneself. People are going to figure out those things before they figure out how to fit into society, it doesn't affect our ability to understand ourselves, we already understand ourselves.
