  • Your Shortness of Breath IS a stomach issue!
    Book a consultation: rootcausemedicalclinics.com/h...
If you've suffered from labored breathing, air hunger, breathlessness and the like, you know how concerning it can be. You may have difficulty getting a deep breath and find yourself breathing shallowly from your chest instead of nice belly breaths.
If the symptom has occurred concurrently with heart palpitations or a panic attach, you've likely ended up in the ER or Urgent Care, worried for your life. Once tests have been done and you're told your heart and lungs are fine, you were likely sent home with the diagnosis of a panic attack.
You know yourself; if you're not an anxious person, this diagnosis just doesn't make sense. You are now in the dilemma of knowing something is wrong but you're not getting any corroboration from your doctors.
Perhaps you've sought out a pulmonologist (lung doctor), only to be told that your lungs are normal.
What is it? The answer lies in your stomach. It sounds odd but your shortness of breath is coming from a spasm of your diaphragm which doesn't allow for normal air flow. The reason your diaphragm is spasmed is due to your stomach pushing up on it. And the reason your stomach is elevated and spasmed has to do with digestive imbalance that you may or not be aware of.
Let's face it. Not being able to breathe normally is stressful. Add in some heart palpitations and/or a panic attack and it's down right frightening.
You don't need to continue suffering. There's an answer and the treatment is natural - no drugs or surgery.
Consider contacting us for a consultation and we can discover the true root cause of your breathing issues. Call 727-335-0400. We treat patients across the country and internationally.

I just fixed my problem by cutting out pink salt from my diet. The magnesium content was having a bad effect on my anxiety and adding to my stomach issues. I'm told sea salt is even worse.

Just happened to me the night before last. I woke up at 4:00 a.m gasping hard for air. It took me 3 deep gasps to regain breathing. Pretty scary! I have been dealing with the shortness of breath off and on and according to my cardiologist: all is well. Recently, I also started having palpitations after eating. This video starts to make sense combined with the other one about palpitations: its the gut. I am currently “Doctorless” by choice. Just had a dear friend die, of what I consider medical negligence. He went from doctor to doctor to doctor. They made of him a guinea pig by poking, probing, and running all kinds of tests only to tell him that it was all in his head. He finally gave up, died at home with no care nor answers.

I just now jumped out of my sleep with my heart pounding. I literally feel as though my heart stopped beating and I am terrified. I am currently on 2 antibiotics and omeprazole for gastritis and acid reflux so I do believe that it is stomach related but lord knows it feels frightening and I am sick of it

@missjoan8831 also research omeprazol and PPI's in the long run and the heart damage that they cause. I took it for 2 years straight, but stopped 3 years ago when I found out that in the long run, those drugs were causing people to have heart attacks and strokes.

So I've been there done all of that, all the doctors saying the same thing "your fine" it's so frustrating. Finally I came across one of your videos about hiatal hernia and symptoms which checked all the boxes for what I've dealt with for the past almost 20 years! After looking into it I'm 99% certain it's what is called a Sliding hiatal hernia. So now how do I convince my doctor that it's only detectable when I'm having an episode and only certain positions and it needs to be fixed ASAP!

I was diagnosed with a sliding Hiatus hernia in 2019, I'm 25 and have had all the stuff, including the shortness of breath & the palpitations. And I know that I know it's all stomach related

Most shortness of breath is reflux-related. It’s usually LPR… silent reflux. I’ve become an expert in this over the last 10 years. Doctors destroyed my life by misdiagnosing this.

Thank you. This is exactly what has happened to me. Both the pcp and pulmonologist have told me that the hh is not causing my breathing problems. The pulmonologist rx'ed an inhaler but it really doesn't do anything. This is a major university medical center. Are they taught in med school that a hh has nothing to do with breathing?

I have noticed lately how much my stomach and lungs are connected. I attribute my cluster headaches now to stomach issues related to MCAS. I also have methane-dominant Sibo going on that's reoccurring and I have some problems converting gas to oxygen and I noticed that's directly related to my stomach too. IBS was my first official diagnosis at around 5 years old...

I don't know anything, but found that smaller meals (much much smaller) spaced apart every 2 / 3hrs, can be something to try. It can be difficult at 1st, cuz you probably are still thinking you can eat the same sized portions as you did before the issues arise. I mean small. Like no more than 2 or 3oz of food. Try it for a week. You can always go bk to what is not working.
Dr Wric Berg is another valuable resource, as is Dr Anthony Chaffee, & Dr Ken Berry.
I will say thou, that this woman may be 1 of the leading experts in this area of digestive problems. So if you can afford her services, I'd start there. I only mention the others cuz there meal plans have helped many people overcome digestive issues, & they reveal the info for free in most cases.
G/L on your journey. Digestive issues are really difficult to fight without an understanding physician. Most just offer the latest pill or medication. Which only makes most matters worse.

They are very pricey and pretty much managed your condition with a lifestyle changing diet. The only way to cure hiatal hernia for good is to have a surgery. They will tell you otherwise because they want your money. Your insurance no matter how good it is, won’t cover it because they don’t take any. She’s right about the diagnosis though but won’t cure it for good.

For the love of Christ compels us, because we judge thus: that if One died for all, then all died; 15 and He died for all, that those who live should live no longer for themselves, but for Him who died for them and rose again.
16 Therefore, from now on, we regard no one according to the flesh. Even though we have known Christ according to the flesh, yet now we know Him thus no longer. 17 Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; old things have passed away; behold, all things have become new. 18 Now all things are of God, who has reconciled us to Himself through Jesus Christ, and has given us the ministry of reconciliation, 19 that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and has committed to us the word of reconciliation.
20 Now then, we are ambassadors for Christ, as though God were pleading through us: we implore you on Christ’s behalf, be reconciled to God. 21 For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him. 2 Corinthians 5:14-21
