    I'm a 500 RYT, sharing this for my 28 yr old son, who needs this, he's tight. If mom says it, "and he's a great son", but mom's voice, who the members of the club I work at love, & your voice, influence will be appreciated. Luv foam rollers too! Nice job teaching your viewers.     I think this length and split for stretching and foam rolling is perfect for future videos. It's enough to get deep stretches in and I felt a lot better after but not too long that I get bored. Also, I actually enjoy you talking and giving tips the entire time instead of just peaceful music in the background. It feels as if I'm doing this routine with you an it keeps me engaged. I also loved the foam rolling part although it was so painful. You don't wanna know the amount of curse words that slipped out of my mouth in that 15 minutes

    Literally just finished doing this routine, absolutely loved it especially the foam rolling part, gave great advice i.e. doing it slowly and relaxing into the tough spot as before I'd foam roll up & down in a faster motion. Once again thanks Matt appreciate you taking your time to do content like this.

    yoga is great but I am an athlete and sometimes I just want to have my basic athlete stretch where Yoga doesn't really do unless you do the whole routine! This is what I have been looking for! Thank you so much! make more!!

    I appreciate the unpretentious presentation; I'm into fitness but not into gurus. I loved your other stretching video, and love this one too. It is especially hard to find good foam rolling follow-alongs, so I'd like to see more of those. Stretching, mobility, foam rolling - I do 20-30 minutes of this kind of thing daily. Thank you!

    Hi man, I am a pro fut player from nacional b argentinian, and I'm also a licensed physical therapist, anyway I got hit pretty hard by a car when I was riding my bike getting back from a preseason field training in January and I got just (thanks to god) a hamstring tear of 5cm Wich is in my experience like a health professionals and player the worst one I've ever seen, i got treated by the pts in my club but it was really difficult to me strength the muscles around the hip again, especially the groin, so i start to taking seriously stretch and yoga even more than before, I start to train often the muscular fascia and thanks to your videos is easier and funnier to me do this, so I guess what I'm trying to say is thanks and if you come to argentina some day you have a club friend to visit, so thanks dude qnd keep it real

    Great video! I’ve been watching ur last yoga video for about 2 years and a half now, so it’s great to see a new video. I wanted to maybe suggest a short yoga video around 10-15 minutes because I have a routine of doing your yoga video everyday but it can sometimes be demotivating to do it for 30 minutes.
    Again great video! Will definitely add this to my routine.

    Great video! Can you do stretching video 10-15 minutes, what you do before or after trainings? Because sometimes you don't have so much time .

      Do 30 seconds instead of a minute and just skip to the next stretch after the 30 seconds👍🏽

    27:16 I highly recommend doing this stretch the night before a match so that the next day when you score and you don’t get a cramp while celebrating

    I am super tight and I genuinely need to work on my range of motion/flexibility. My legs/body feels so good and light after this.
    Also just a side note, rating to all your videos, I have recently come across your stuff and I really enjoy watching them and they are extremely informative.

    I messed up my hip flexor I guess from working from home then doing random things, it radiates to the groin I did this routine yesterday and it helped, pain for just over a year now. I need to go back to your vids when you detailed your hip/groin issue. A few comments...
    Matt will you make this routine available for purchase (would be nice to have it readily available outside of youtube)
    How often would you recommend doing this routine for a non pro?
    Massage Ball: lacrosse ball is great, also try something like a pro-tec spiky ball
    General comment: these movements seem very similar to when I was doing fascial stretch therapy with a doctor while recovering from a soccer related injury.
