    When you are entering the last stage of a knee rehab program, especially after surgery - adding in single leg knee plyometrics is a really good addition to help you progress into the return to sport training sessions. Use a standard box with stage heights to enable you to jump up an down and time your landings.
    Go for medial and lateral movements, rotating left and right, ALWAYS looking at the knee alignment and control.

    Thanks for the instructions. When is the best time to do it - 1) before or after resistance training; 2) before or after running?

      Definitely not on the same day as a run. You could do after resistance though as you will be warmed up as long as your not fully fatigued though from a heavy session

    Any tips for progression from quad tendon rupture? I have the strength but haven't done much plyo type work, I can barely jump off 2 legs land on 1. Cheers
