Not permanently, no. Every sinner in the game has E.G.O in some form, but it is not ‘effloresced’ like the E.G.O of xiao, Angela, etc, but also isn’t like the E.G.O equipment of lobotomy corporation.
While there is no official name *yet*, a name I’m a fan of is ‘budding’ since this whole game seems to just be the sinners overcoming their flaws, therefore moving closer to effloresced E.G.O
