So amazing Sam !!! Some of my friends from my old job went to thailand for a couple of weeks. They ended up going back the next year and stayed for a year. Make sure to make room for your purchases. Everything in thailand is cheap ( inespensive ) !!! You can rent a air bnb for like 20 dollars a night or stay at a camp for like 10 dollars a night. Clothing and Accessories are priced so cheap that you're going to want to buy everything!! This is so cool, i hope you guys have an amazing time!!
I can see why people come to live here. I just had a massage today for 7 euros 🤯 were only on day 2 and are loving it!

Hey Sam! This is an extremely helpful video as I am planning to Thailand in November so was always wondering how much to take for 2.5 weeks! Hope you had an amazing trip, guys!!! I do wonder in terms of footwear, what type of sandals would you recommend taking to Thailand? :)
Hi! So glad this video was helpful. I ended up not even using all the clothes I brought so you can definitely pack less than I did. The important thing is to bring things that you can match with other outfits. Also in Thailand there is so many places you can have your laundry washed for cheap. As for sandals I would recommend waterproof sandals that are comfy. The ones I had in this video were good but it took a while to form to my feet and not blister. Maybe try Tevas
Thailand is such a wonderful place and I bet you will be back there in no time! What's your favorite place to eat there? And have you tried using a duffle bag for your travel? I recommend using the Bento Bag from Nomad Lane. It’s my personal item bag with no checked bag fees and no lost luggage. It’s the best!
I haven’t tried a duffle bag before but I know for my travels a backpack was the right fit. Maybe for shorter travels I can try a duffle bag.
So exciting! I can’t imagine seeing lianna try to pack all of her stuff in one backpack for a trip LOL

That sounds amazing!! Thailand is awe-inspiring and Chaing mai/crabi/Bangkok are great blend for the trip! Get a thai massage too for the experience - they're a love-hate kind of thing. Just fyi, I'm a tall gal who spent a summer in Thailand and couldn't buy any clothes since they were petite 0-2 sizes for shorter bodies. The average size of the thai bathing suits might not be a fit.
I just got a Thai massage today and loved it…even through the pain 😂 I didn’t think of the small sizes here I definitely won’t fit into a 0 or 2 although I am short!
Hi, I just found your video and it’s been really helpful. We are going to Thailand hitting Bangkok first, then taking an overnight train to Chiang Mai and from there we are flying to Krabi. You did have similar backpacking plants, so it’s kind of fun. I was curious what elephant sanctuary did you end up going to?
Enjoy your trip to Thailand. So many good memories! I went to Elephant Nature Park, I did the overnight stay… highly highly recommend visiting there. I have a video on it under my Thailand playlist.

Hi Sam, I'm going to Thailand for 3 weeks, and typed in packing for 3 week for Thailand and 'Boom' up pop your video! I was going to go for Osprey, but I like the look of Paul's bag maybe you should post a link to in the description. What the name of it, also did you bring the bags as carry ons? Any advice you give after completing your trip regarding lugage?
Hi James! I hope you have an amazing time in Thailand, we didn’t have any problems with taking our bags as carry ons. Not one company weighed our bags. I didn’t even need to pack this much as I was able to drop off my laundry each week to near by places or the hotels and it was so cheap. Thanks Auntie Debbie! We’re not going to be staying in Hostels, we thought about it but we were able to get hotels as low as $16.00 a night so we opted out of the hostels.
