- Sky News host Paul Murray has blasted Laura Tingle for her “outrageously racist” comments at the Sydney Writers Festival where she accused Peter Dutton of handing Australians a free pass to abuse migrants looking to buy or rent in the country.
Ms Tingle claimed Australia was a “racist country” during a panel discussion at the Sydney Writers Festival at Carriageworks in Eveleigh on Sunday.
“It shows the sign of a person who thinks the suburbs are just full of people who all look the same like her because maybe that’s the last time she went into the suburbs,” Mr Murray said.
DEFUND THE ABC

It needs to be privatised as it is totally divorced from how many people view it or agree with it. In other words it can sprout intersectionality every day and social justice virtue causes even if no one watched it because it is guaranteed continuous funding. What's wrong with slowing down immigration to catch up with what Australia needs to do to look after its own citizens first and any newcomer without creating the chaos they have in the USA.
I live in a country town and even here there are not enough rentals according to the real estate agents.
