It's the secrecy that turns it into an affair. Why can't we have close, bonded, emotionally close friendships with other people? It must be possible to share our lives with friends, inclusive of our relationship with our partner. Why is this not an alternative? Is it that sexual attraction automatically happens when we are emotionally bonded with the opposite sex? Why can't we respect our partners by setting sexual boundaries around our relationship and control ourselves around others?
This topic also needs to be added in school syllabus because every parent is not that evolved enough to teach. It becomes one sided and imbalanced learning and also of no use if only one side knows this or has being taught and no bunking of class..because I have heard people saying that they bunked class whichever they didn't like. I didn't even knew that concept at all. Very risky. If this is taught in every school, atleast the child will be mentally prepared for his/her choices in future. It's hard for them to understand or gulp or mend in later ages. If we are willing to give a mobile, vehicles to school going kids then this will be more important...we might get 10 degree certificates from different universities but who will give character certificate? The person who we think is better than our own? For whom we have cheated or betrayed our own spouse?
