    Thanks Mr. Labrada, I am a 45 yr old BB getting ready for a Masters competition and I just learned something. That is awesome as I say knowledge is power. On a side note you were my second favorite BB in your time, I was a HUGE Gaspari fan with that said If Haney was not in the picture you sir would have owned a Sandow.

    @Rachel V - Thanks for the question, we would like you to stay below 20% fat total. We hope the majority of this 20% is mono and polyunsaturated fats. Try you best to stay away from most saturated fats, and always stay away from trans fats. Hope this helps wish you all the best.

    I wonder if you could make an ultimate video of perfect foods for bodybuilding. I try to stick to greens, eggs, chicken and water. I just have a huge lack of flavor on my pallate.

    On the lean body program it says stay away from foods that have 20% or more calories from fat. Is that saturated fat or total fats?

      Rachel V saturated should nt be more then 18g and the rest should b mono poly unsaturated

    Hey man, I'm currently doing your 12 week program for leaning. I have been doing all of your work outs but I'm not sure how much protein I should consume a day? I'm currently 185 lbs. And 17 years old.

      Hey Michael, we typically recommend around 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per body pound per day. Ideally 80% of your proteins should come from whole food sources and the remaining 20% from protein powders is an option. Hope this helps answer your question. All the best.

    Are there many types of glutamate? Cause I'm seeing right now that Pro V 60 has glutamate... and.. well.. the label shows that it has glutamine, but I can't find how much...

    Hi lee.. I have one question that if somebody is trying to loose weight and then is a sub from subway is a healthy choice? Sub without any dressing and with loads of veggetables..

    I've read that the human body doesn't make Omega 6 so Omega 6 is an essential fat. How is someone on your program going to get Omega 6?

      Andrew K , thanks for writing in. Omega 6 fats can come from many healthy whole food sources, for example fish, nuts, and legumes which are all part of the Lean Body Challenge nutrition program. Also supplementation of Fish Oil or Krill Oil will provide further Omega-6 fats. Hope this has helped answer your question. All the best Andrew.
