I think one of the things that caught me up so much as a child (and still does) in the ghibli movies is the music, it's so emotional, takes you to it's realm and you just feel (in my case) engulfed in this twirl of emotions and feelings like you've lived that before or been there before, it's so hard to explain but beautiful at the same time
