    This was a very clear and concise video with excellent view of each step. As others have commented, this young lady did a top notch on this step-by-step disassembly video. Congratulations and keep up the great work!

    This is the best teardown of a mavic pro gimbal I have seen, and I think I must have seen most of them by now. I have watched your other video and it is of the same high quality. If you keep posting videos of this qualify I believe you will end up with a very high number of subscribers. Best of luck young lady. :-)

    You video is A M A Z I N G. You're explanations are spot-on. Your imagery is excellent. The tempo is perfect. I watched your video about four times before starting the project. Then I played and paused the video as I did the work. Only one thing would have made it better. I wish you did a ribbon cable install after showing the ribbon cable removal. Reassembling the drone itself is easy enough to follow by watching the video segments in reverse. But the ribbon cable install is hard to visualize backward. And clamping down the tiny connectors isn't as easy as removing them. Some pointers on reattaching the connectors might be nice too. Thank you so much for doing such a fantastic video. You saved me hundreds of dollars!

      @FixaCrash  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hi Scott, thank you for your stellar comment! I am hoping to publish more in the future, I just have a lot on my plate right now. And I agree, a ribbon install would've been great. As it turns out, when I published this video, there were still no parts available for the Mavic, even though it had been out for months! Maybe I'll post one in the future.

    Excellent video Anita, thanks for sharing. I need to replace the Gimbal Vibration Absorbing Board and for all they are available on Amazon also and look to have the bands included. For anyone touched a DJI you would know they put blue Loctite on some of the screws as a threadlocker. If you can't put it back together in reverse order then send yours out for repair cause you probably can't do this yourself.

    Very informative. Thank you for taking the time to do this and to share it. One suggestion though, please do not use auto exposure on your camera. Please set the exposure manually and leave it. Every time you move the image readjusts the brightness, which distracts from your otherwise excellent presentation.

    Don’t be fooled by how easy this looks. If you have a new Mavic that has ever never had repair work performed, be careful. The two forward sensors for the Front Vision Position Sensor Arm are somewhat “sealed” to the Gimbal board. It’s a rubbery type substance and is difficult to unseat these Cable connectors from the board.
    The gold ribbons that connect to the left and right sides are EXTREMELY fragile. I recommend removing the arm along with the Gimbal when replacing the Gimbal/Camera assembly.

    Hey. Great video. Your instructions are clear and understandable. Can you give me a suggestion on how to remove one of the screws that is stripped. The screw was stripped from the beginning. Either it came from the factory like that or the business I purchased it from wasn't truthful when they sold it as new. Anyway, any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

    Nicely Done! One question. You mention a glue that is holding down the connectors. All my connectors have a this black glue-type material. It is also used inside the body to hole wires in place against the body or on the circuit board. Is it important to replace this glue? I
    fd so what should I use? A hot glue or such?
