    I installed this kit about a month ago. I went the evap 0.5-4.5v route as i am using oft. I had an issue with the kit, and Gerald was very helpful, responded to my questions right away, and shipped out a replacement part free of charge. Highly recommend.

    I need some E85 for my second gen. Im betting OFT will be the 1st to offer it. That is my preferred way to go about it too honestly. No extra fuel connections or sensors. Here in the midwest E85 is at every gas station so I have no use for the flex fuel ability.

      @@boost331 idk, maybe more features. OTS tunes for forced induction and maybe another version of OFH

    • @boost331
      @boost331 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      @@Carlos.Rivera With current EPA crackdowns I can assure you there wont be another header. OTS tuning forced induction is too difficult. There are dozens of supercharger types and even more turbo kits with various size turbo housings. There is no 1 size fits all tune for that like there is for NA cars. Forced induction needs at least E tuning but a proper dyno measuring real time AFRs is best. There are just too many variables.

    • @KevinVo
      @KevinVo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Both OFT and Ecutek are great. I went the flex fuel route because a lot of the tracks I go to don't have access to E85 so if I run out I still want to be able to run with regular pump gas.

    I'm currently running e85 on the OFT tune on a 2020 BRZ. it says on the website it's for 2013-2016 model years but I'm assuming it doesn't matter. what's the difference between evap and the 02 sensor option?

    • @KevinVo
      @KevinVo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I don't believe there is a difference with the 2020 but I would verify with Gerald Just to confirm. They're just different ways that the sensor sends the signal to the car so it depends on what you're using to tune the car. OFT would utilize the evap.

    • @demonspawnedangel
      @demonspawnedangel 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes, you need the evap wire harness instead of the o2 harness, and you need to know if your tune is for 0-5v or .05v-4.5v. I run oft and this Gerald Just Projects kit on my Ace 350 header with the oft base tune from Wayne Roms.

    • @KevinVo
      @KevinVo  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I believe this kit is compatible with the OFT as long as you get a custom flex fuel tune. I think you'll also want to select the evap option when purchasing.
