Honestly, I kinda liked the humans in Wall-E. The captain's "I don't want to survive; I want to live." Is still one of the best lines in almost any movie I've watched. Also, the BuyNLarge being an evil corporation is hilariously self unaware.
Fun fact about the Incredibles: While designing the characters, they thought each member of the family should have fitting powers bases on their roles in the family. Mr. Incredible is the dad; he's the one you expect to swoop in and save the day; the strong one. Elastagirl is the Mom; she's pulled in a million different directions by expectations and demands from her kids. Violet is a teenager; they're collected, and defensive (or at least she is). Dash is a 10 year old boy, with boundless energy. And babies have incredible potential, which is why Jack Jack has so many powers. You learn something every day 😊

Khalil Yepez I have no idea why he scored cars 1 so low, that was one of the very first films I ever saw, and to this day is still one of my favourites. It’s on par with the incredibles, up and wall-e for me.
Khalil Yepez I love monsters inc, it’s hard to pick your favourites, but if I had to choose 3, it would probably be Incredibles (yet to see the second one as it doesn’t come out until July here), Wall-E and UP/Toy Story 3, I cant decide between those two haha.
Back when my family had Toy Story on VHS, we had to manually fast forward through that thing to get to the movie. We couldn't just skip it. We still had to watch it. But faster. And no, it didn't make it better.
Good dinosaur had like 4 characters, he gets washed down a river and comes back, and yes that’s as deep as that movie gets. Should be 0, the only Pixar movie I can say I hate and make fun of regularly
Incredibles 2 (2018): Jack-Jack and Edna Mode are so sweet. Toy Story 4(2019) Ok, this time Woody leaves! Onward (2020): They stole the birthday song from the Emperor’s new Groove Soul (2020): The story of someone who became a ghost and a cat
Thinking the same thing. Violet wasn’t really whiny, she was just shy and had lowself esteem. It also didn’t help that her mother was asking her to do something she didn’t know how to do, and under so much pressure as well.
man Toy Story 4 sucked. total dissapointment. i have not seen all of pixar and still need to watch cars 2 but my god Toy Story 4 so far is the lowest on my list followed closely by an okay movie thats not bad but not realy that good, Cars. Granted havent seen Cars 2 yet so i gonna check about that later on. Toy Story 4 had too many problems for me; aspecially the Ending.

For the most part, yeah I agree with e everything here, but how did Cars 2 get a rating above the original Cars. I saw it one time, and was really not impressed, it was all one big slapstick gag.
Cars is much BETTER than cars 2. By a lot, better music better story, better humor. It doesn’t jump around or change the protagonist, it’s solid. Maybe a 5-7 rating, but definitely not a 2
@@RabbitDogHOMOSHREXUAL we can all have the problem together! :D Btw i got up at half five am the other day to watch the film before school. I need help😂
Coco is just "Lie Down. Try not to cry. Cry a lot." And it's one of my favorite movies. I think where it really succeeds is that because most of the cast is already dead, the stakes are much more existential. There may be a life after death, but as long as we are loved by those we leave behind, our legacy lives on. Coco examines what happens when our legacy is forgotten. And that's not even getting into the ending with Mama Coco. I have been crying the entire time I type this and I think this film will always have that effect on me. And that's okay.
I remember being a little bored by Wall-E and the Incredibles as a kid, but I should probably watch them again. I guess I just didn't know how to appreciate good movies when I was a stupid child lol. Also, Coco was my absolute favorite, probably because it reminded me a lot of my own family and culture that I'd kinda been overlooking as a teenager.
dude, when my mans gave wall-e a 10/10, i went batshit crazy with excitement. it's probably one of my favourite movies of all time (along UP, my neighbour totoro, etc.)
Eh, it was good. Anyone expecting something as good or better than the first was setting themselves up for disappointment. It’s still a good movie, and there was plenty of fun to be had.
Hey, I really liked Incredibles 2. It’s not the first one, but I didn’t expect it to be. It did its own thing in a good way, and the animation was fabulous.
Yeah, I liked it too. Not as good as the original, but it’s not trying to be. It’s trying to be it’s own story and a continuation of the first (LEGO Movie 2 also does this really well). I appreciate a sequel that is a good movie in its own right, not simply being a rehash of the first. Funnily enough, this is the same mindset that Frozen 2 has, and I actually think that Frozen 2 is better than the first. Like, MILES better, like no CONTEST. Frozen 2 is phenomenal
I used to not like WALL-E because I first viewed it at a younger age and didn't understand the ending. To me he just lost his memories and that was it, plus he didn't really do anything. Although I love it now and it is visually stunning with a wonderful soundtrack, sometimes i'm still like 'but they cant... they didn't do anything, really!' Not to be a debbie downer, it's just not my #1 pick
captain drama your comment is the embodiment of “a bad movie is better than a boring one”. I agree Cars 2 is bad, but cars and the good dinosaur are boring
inside out and ratatouille honestly deserve much better scores, especially inside out. i first started noticing signs of my mental illness when i was around the protagonist's age, and like her, i began feeling and doing things i didnt understand. i became impulsive and my mood would change rapidly. before long i started loosing myself. nothing was fun anymore. the things that formed my personality started falling apart inside me, and i didnt know who i was anymore. im still trying to figure those things out and im slowly putting the pieces of me back together. it meant a lot to me to see something that happened to me, something that happens to a lot of people, being shown on screen.
@@One-eq7bg I've got a feeling that you can't think for yourself; literally everything you've written here and on other videos is Jello's ratings, and without even an individual elaboration.
On the Cars 2 review, I can just imagine it's a writer saying that they wanna make a spy movie, but someone like John Lasseter or someone just lifting a gun and saying the "you make cars" line.
Doc. Pummello quite the opposite, actually. Both had nonsensical logic behind living vehicles, but Cars had a compelling story to tell, while Cars 2 had a mediocre plot

And I say this as an American watching everything go to hell.
+TheAussieGirl You're damn right. We've never needed anything like a militia to keep our government in check here, we've always just indiscriminately and endlessly made fun of everybody and that's been enough to get them all quaking in their boots. I don't know if that speaks to how timid our politicians are or if it speaks more to the overwhelming power of our bantz.
I liked Cars 2 when it came out. The original just felt bland. There was not really that much racing (aside from the race at the start and the end of the film). Cars 2 was a secret spy movie disguised as a racing movie. I liked that the racing genre isn't the primary genre because who would watch a movie just about racing? It's not interesting. Movies need plots. They need antagonists. And Cars 2 was an accepted movie I would sit down and watch with younger kids. The plot isn't THAT interesting and cool but that's why I liked it. I respect your opinion on Cars 2. Most people didn't like it.

Cars two was a horrible movie with the best part being the pistachio ice cream bit. The original movie had an interesting story about an arrogant big shot learning that fame isn’t everything and the characters were interesting.
