Stopping time allows either the player to make a quick retreat, or move in on the enemy who was spamming a ranged attack that made it nearly impossible to get to them otherwise.

question: whats the point on stopping time (gameplay wise) for just barely 2 secs? if you can just pick part 3 jotaro and stop it more time? i mean it has less cd or something?
Stopping time allows either the player to make a quick retreat, or move in on the enemy who was spamming a ranged attack that made it nearly impossible to get to them otherwise.
