    These fresh young people have not had the spine surgery. Many of the exercises are completely impossiblel to do, when you have had the surgery. My physiotherapist give me exercises far from these. Even breastswim is not allowed in the beginning after surgery.

      I’ve had the surgery. I’m 3 years removed. I work out how I want with basically no restriction. How are you?
