It is definitely on the green side. The lighting in this video is not the greatest but I also swatched this colour in my birthday haul video if you want a bigger swatch to refer to, it's a beautiful saturated cool blue. Also important to note that the colours are labelled underneath the mixing rows here so the cobalt cerulean is the second from the bottom, in case there's any confusion.
