This is the most thoughtfully planned, beautifully crafted home ever. Two baths, a man cave, arches, laundry, mud room….I’m in awe. The area behind the lounge is genius. The cat area tucked away is brilliant. Every inch of space is well planned and serves a purpose. I’m simply in awe

Wow! Yet another knock-out design for a tiny home! I love that the homeowners allowed the artisan free reign to incorporate his vision and abilities into their concept for their tiny home. Very "rich" looking with the dark and mellow wood finishes and the back-lit River Jordan feature in the kitchen countertop! 😊♥️

She really worked as a team with Rob, ITH's very talented woodworker, to create it. Randy was bowled over by the 'book' of instructions she sent along to help assure that everything they wanted would be included.
Wow I’m so surprised at all the added features I’ve not seen in most tiny homes, the mud room is a great addition, the man cave out 2nd bedroom, the two full bathrooms including toilets and an exercise/wardrobe room not to mention the 3 levels to the home. What an amazing build, I love the story being the blue on your counter top and the arches make the space so beautiful. Congratulations this build is one in a million! Great job to Rob as well 🎉

I love the arch above and what Rob did on your counter top with the Nile River flowing through out. Rob is a very talented wood worker and Randy Jones is so lucky to have him , and of course the home owners. The staircase is so unique and beautiful too. I really like your upstairs work area, bathroom and bedroom area. Carmen you have beautiful taste and design abilities. Can’t wait to see the outside completed with a deck and landscaping. This house has just about everything -2 bathrooms (with flush toilets!!!), real staircases - no ladders or lofts where you practically have to crawl around. I cannot believe it is only 400 feet with all of that; not to mention the view and the peaceful surroundings. I love all of your artwork.
I love custom homes with no clutter and well-thought-out designs. I could tell they used quality windows and the details are just beautiful. Their home actually has more space than many homes and I love the two-bathroom concept as well as the mud room. Just lovely and so unique and appealing!

Wow i am very impressed. They managed to create a tiny home with a mudroom, utility room, 2 bathrooms, basement workout room, kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms,an office and it flows without seeming cramped.
This is one of the most beautiful and coziest tiny homes I've ever seen. Most tiny homes, no matter how lovely, are not cozy. The couches are too shallow, narrow and hard. This tiny home has stunning arches, two bathrooms (!), washer/dryer, soft, comfortable couches, etc. I could see myself living here. 🥇🏆🥰🤗💝💖
I am so mesmerized by the artistic talent “Bob” has shown throughout this tiny home. Every space was utilized. The basement was absolutely genius!! That closet! Other tiny homes do not have this kind of space. Thumbs up!! The Jordan River was so beautiful. Thanks for sharing!!
Please note that while Rob was the builder and had some fantastic ideas, the home was designed by the couple, Carmen, actually. She had everything measured out to exactly what space was needed. She knew exactly how much space was needed for the washer/dryer, the microwave... everything was measured out exactly how she wanted it. I saw another walk through with the owner of the company who built this home, and he explained how every inch was designed for the size of what would occupy it. She worked very closely with the builder.

Wow! This is the first tiny home that absolutely knocked my socks off! I could so easily live in this tiny home. It's unique, glamorous, but yet rustic. They did great in allowing Rob use his design skills. If I am ever blessed to afford a tiny home, I am hiring Rob and moving to this tiny home base in Newport TN.

In a tiny home , the loft area is never a part of square footage. The guest bedroom, the reverse loft, the main bedroom, and the bathroom almost doubles the actual square footage.

Randy Jones is doing everything he can to make YOU a home. He has a model for only $20,000, hard to believe. You can get off grid ready tiny homes. They have a line of beautiful Amish made tiny homes. There is something for everyone at incredible Tiny Homes. Nobody asked me to say this, I don't know Randy, I just know that if I was getting a tiny home, I would go to them.

@@janavenue650 - It's already a community there. They are apparently the first one in that "mountain" area. Incredible Tiny Homes has different sections with homes on them. I forgot all the names now, but one of them is the beach, too. Just look them up on TH-cam, Randy and Amanda are always putting up videos to show their progress.

Every time I think it couldn't get any better, another tiny home comes up that blows me away and this one is it! Wow! The only, and I mean the only thing I would add is a skylight over the bedroom so I could look at the stars and moon at night. The Jordan River is flowing through the kitchen! So beautiful! And, the two-toned use of wood is just so in tune with the home. I love it!

Totally love the Jordan River into the Dead Sea.. and the 12 stones ... wow that makes me want to cry. After my husband went to see the Lord in 2017, I went to Israel with my mom and sister. We were baptized in the Jordan River. Those 12 stones are memorial stones Joshua placed in memory of those that passed away bf able To cross to the promised land... my sister and I set up stones on the Sea of Galilee while we were there in memory of our husbands ( my brother in law passed away 7 months after my husband) so hearing your carpenter say he had a vision about the Jordan River and placed the stones in the river was a message ( god wink) to me. The Sea of Galilee has grown in Size so Iam sure those stones are under the sea my sister and I placed are under the Galilee too. God bless your sharing your beautiful home and I pray God blesses you both beyond all you could think or ask. I'm finishing up preparing to sell my big home and your story and tiny home is such an inspiration ! Jesus is coming soon be looking up! Beautiful home , thank you for sharing !!
What a beautiful home. The builder. Designer must've been over the moon when the allowed him so much freedom to do his own thing! It most certainly paid off. Thankfully it did pay off because often these things can end in disaster. Lol. Luckily for these guys it was worth it. Well done.

I totally agree, but in fairness most tiny homes are not 40 feet long and 14 feet high. Love this stationary tiny home!

Randy Jones is doing everything he can to make YOU a home. He has a model for only $20,000, hard to believe. You can get off grid ready tiny homes. They have a line of beautiful Amish made tiny homes. There is something for everyone at incredible Tiny Homes. Nobody asked me to say this, I don't know Randy, I just know that if I was getting a tiny home, I would go to them.

@@janavenue650 - It's already a community there. They are apparently the first one in that "mountain" area. Incredible Tiny Homes has different sections with homes on them. I forgot all the names now, but one of them is the beach, too. Just look them up on TH-cam, Randy and Amanda are always putting up videos to show their progress.

Every time I think it couldn't get any better, another tiny home comes up that blows me away and this one is it! Wow! The only, and I mean the only thing I would add is a skylight over the bedroom so I could look at the stars and moon at night. The Jordan River is flowing through the kitchen! So beautiful! And, the two-toned use of wood is just so in tune with the home. I love it!

Totally love the Jordan River into the Dead Sea.. and the 12 stones ... wow that makes me want to cry. After my husband went to see the Lord in 2017, I went to Israel with my mom and sister. We were baptized in the Jordan River. Those 12 stones are memorial stones Joshua placed in memory of those that passed away bf able
To cross to the promised land... my sister and I set up stones on the Sea of Galilee while we were there in memory of our husbands ( my brother in law passed away 7 months after my husband) so hearing your carpenter say he had a vision about the Jordan River and placed the stones in the river was a message ( god wink) to me. The Sea of Galilee has grown in Size so Iam sure those stones are under the sea my sister and I placed are under the Galilee too. God bless your sharing your beautiful home and I pray God blesses you both beyond all you could think or ask. I'm finishing up preparing to sell my big home and your story and tiny home is such an inspiration ! Jesus is coming soon be looking up!

What a beautiful home. The builder. Designer must've been over the moon when the allowed him so much freedom to do his own thing! It most certainly paid off. Thankfully it did pay off because often these things can end in disaster. Lol. Luckily for these guys it was worth it. Well done.
