When my brother-in-law, Jimmy's, body died, he, the living Personality, was STILL TOTALLY ALIVE & WELL!
He telepathically spoke to & with me from an invisible yet REAL place or realm. He hung out with me for several weeks after "crossing over" to the Other Side. It's very difficult to accurately talk about non-physical things, so I can only say that Jimmy & everyone I personally know are all still TOTALLY ALIVE & WELL in what some call Heaven.
It's like the Earth realm, yet vastly different & WAY HAPPIER! 😅❤

There is no possibility of deepening or stabilizing something which is already the case 19:22
This was an important point for me to hear, one which puts into question the purpose of a meditation practice.

I've mentally wrestled with that point a fair bit. True our real nature is already the case so meditation practice can't bring it into being, this observation is fine, but only after we've seen our true nature and can stay there, prior to that, I think most of us need a practice.
I like the 'quote' by Suzuki Roshi 'Enlightenment is an accident, but Spiritual Practice makes us more accident prone'.🙏🏻

@@soulspiritself I like Nisargadatta's advice: your sadhana is simply to Be.
Enjoy Be. That would be the highest form of meditation according to Rupert Spira and I agree. 🙏

@@soulspiritself it comes to me that meditation serves to unburden and unclutter the mind pre or post realization.

Exactly. In Zen it's Shikantaza ("Just sitting"). It's the ultimate meditation, I rarely do other types these days unless it's to prepare for Shikantaza.
      Atma-Vichara leads into that state.
No need for postures, pranayama, mudras, just sit and be. Perfect.🙏🏻

I'm going to redo all of these, now that I've started to work out how the audio tools actually work.❤️
