    🍞INGREDIENTS (This recipe is to make 7 almond croissants)
    ☘️Croissant
    Bakers flour 300g
    Milk powder 15g
    Caster sugar 15g
    Instant yeast 5g/Fresh yeast 15g
    Salt 4g
    1 Large egg (with shell) 60-65g
    Water 105±g
    Unsalted butter (softened) 20g
    Unsalted butter for Lamination 180g
    Egg wash
    ☘️Almond paste
    Egg 45g
    Cake flour 15g
    Almond meal 40g
    Unsalted butter(softened) 50g
    Caster sugar 40g
    ☘️Topping
    Icing sugar
    Almond flakes
    ☘️ ** Preheat oven to 190C/375F in fan-forced mode
    ** Bake at 190C/375F in fan-forced mode for 10-12 mins, then reduce to 175C/350F in fan-forced mode for 8 more mins
    ** Bake at 180C/360F in bake mode for 8-10 mins
    ☘️ Please adjust the baking temperature and baking time according to the oven and the pan you use.

    分層用無鹽黃油180克
    雞蛋液刷表面
    ☘️ 杏仁奶油餡
    全蛋液 45克
    低筋麺粉 15克
    杏仁粉 40克
    室溫軟化無鹽黃油 50克
    細砂糖 40克
    ☘️表面裝飾
    糖粉 少許
    杏仁片 少許
    ☘️**預熱烤箱風爐模式190C/375F
    ** 風爐模式190C/375F烘烤10-12分鐘,隨後調至風爐模式175C/350F烘烤8分鐘
    ** 撒上杏仁片後,普通模式180C/360F 烤8-10分鐘
