My observation as a child working in tin mining in Malaysia in 1968. Tin contains a fine alluvial gold of 0.2 - 2% per 600 grams ( 1 katty) of tin thus, a manual method used was to slowly drop the alluvial tin into the flowing water run over a few gunny sacks. After the tin ore was dropped into the clean water pit for heat up in a huge cast iron wok before final packing into tin ore bags (60 kg). The last process is to remove the gunny sacks cook them dry in the wok and set fire. The gunny fiber burns off retaining some alluvial dust gold and ash. A simple dulang (wooden wok) manual hand wash to separate the ash from gold. So the remaining 20% of residue can be recycled using the same method to make extra money.

Classifying to size fractions and cleanup sluice systems like the gold cube are pretty efficient and not that complex and expensive. It is unclear whether or not you are processing placer or hard rock gold. It seems like it must be placer, as a 3mm minus is a terribly coarse grind for hard rock. Can you clarify please? You could be unintentionally misleading some people.

I already have a pulverizer that can crush 200 lbs/hr to 100 mesh and is also easy to build. While I am developing them for micro scale mining in developed countries, they should be well suited to artisanal scale in developing countries also. If someone just watches my channel, you can see when my progress is sufficient for application.

No offense but when I hear someone talk about environmental crisis when talking about a poor country, I just imagine the person being the modern-day equivalent of a PR person for a concentration camp trying to justify murdering people due to the "dysgenics crisis". No body in the future will care about the present-day fears just like how no one today cares about the scientific communities paranoia in the early 20th century that led to mass death. Future generations will look at the green movement as nothing more than a re-badged eugenics movement since that's what it is.

All my ore-bearing samples are talcum powder fine - no other way to extract it
