Parker really is a great boss, yeah he blows up sometimes, but he always apologizes for it and knows he was in the wrong, i love seeing how far he has come since the first season

That's what this WORLD NEEDS MORE OF!!! More grandpa's to share this advice with their children, grandchildren, and co-human's the ways of respect, order, and the knowledge of a fading way of thinking, way of life and skills of doing things with care, thoroughness and the craftsmanship of the day's before. If not, it'll be lost forever.

I add that he has grown as a man and a boss. It’s amazing what he has accomplished in such a short amount of time. He saw his dream and took off with it

So True. Lets have a confrontation about now and then we will patch things up with some background music playing. The real issue in my opinion is the enviromental damage to the rivers and streams this type of mining causes.
Also considering how anybody could make this much money with equipment that costs over a million dollars in itself…. Ridiculous how they praise these people as if its hard gold mining with that large a “team” that can be considered their own industry…

As for environmental damage, sure it causes some harm, but all economic activity is weighed against environmental harm. It's a balancing act, I'm sure you would just rather see these people on unemployment or UBI, relying upon "TaxING thE RiCH thEir fAIr SHarE"
