I just renewed mine in the states and it was super fast with the new online application. Didn't have to send the old passport, just take my own picture and it took about 10 days here. Nice to know it's easy overseas as well!
Im back in thailand now.. this is another great timely video.. i didn't renew my passport when i was in the states in Oct.. and skeptical about sending my old passport back while out of the country.. but i guess if anything happens i could always go to embassy and get a new one pretty easy.. thanks for this!!!
I watch your videos everyday. Today's video is great. You are becoming a real native speaker, keep practicing. Continue to enjoy your life in Thailand.
I enjoy watching your videos, I even refer you to friends and families. I am happy you enjoy Thailand. My native language is Laos and Thai, but I live in the US, NC. I definitely will Retire and live in Thailand, soon.
😂😂😂😂😂negro spirtuals 😂😂😂😂😂😂 I look forward to your videos! My plan is to visit Thailand next September for a month. If I love it....HONEY IM HOME!!! 😂😂😂😂😂
2 back to back videos in the space of a night here - thank you for bringing Bangkok into my living space. Love the t-shirt! The ease in which you move inspires !
Really enjoy watching your videos! Sitting over here in the US taking notes every time I see one of your videos! About the passport renewals, they changed the process for everyone stateside as well as overseas, so it faster to get our passport renewed here too. I know it seems like a billion years from now, but I am planning a trip to Bangkok for a couple a weeks at the beginning of June 2025, any events happening around then that you could suggest partaking in?
I love coconut water, especially for it's health benefits. Costco Kirkland brand is Organic and from Vietnam, taste good, not as good as fresh from Thailand but pretty decent.
I live in Vietnam and got my passport renewed in about 3 weeks as well. Mine went from the middle of the country, to the Embassy, to the states in a handful of days. After getting accepted it was sent back in another couple of days. Most of the time was waiting for it to come back from the US lol. It's relatively simple, just need to pay the fee and send off the passport and some photos. Mine actually got mailed back to me (at a nearby post office), I didn't have to go far to get it.
The reason your passport was processed quickly is because the USA Embassy in Bangkok has one of the largest staffs in Department of State. It’s not this fast at other Embassies or Consulates 🇺🇸 #TheMoreYouKnow
Isaiah, great videos man, keep up the good work. ngl just one feedback, the audio is pretty rough when speaking directly in the mic on my end. idk if it's just me though
you're the second youtuber to comment on north american coconut vs thai coconut within a week. i do not like coconut.... i think i'll give it a try again when back in thailand. i could use natural electrolytes =)
Very good video. Really appreciate the info. How far in advance did you apply for the new passport? I also live in Thailand and my passport expires the middle of next year.
How do you get around the visa law of only able to be there 6 months? And if you do a visa run do you take all your stuff with you just in case they don't let you back in
Peace and love brotha, i appreciate all your content. I have a question. How does the tax system work out there in Thailand specifically if you're a 1099 or simple a digital nomad?
haircut inflation in the states is crazy. good job with the Thai..........you can use "koh" instead of "ao" if you want to sound more polite. ex: koh nam maprao neung gaeow krap - a glass of coco water please.

Your Thai has improved so much! And $1 smoothies can’t be found here in Hawaii 😢
I just joined a few days ago and I’ve already learned a lot just by reading the posts!

Have you ever thought about making a reaction video to your first vlog in Thailand? It would be fun to see yourself back then. 😁

Congrats on a new passport, but it sounds like your microphone need an upgrade as well.

true it was there all along but on a different note, you were also able to create interesting content for us
In Bangkok yes. Try this in a different province. Some in Chiang Mai are reporitng to 3 to 4 weeks. Some have reported up to 6 weeks.

I have to admit I've been here 3 weeks and I'm not feeling the love. S lot a rip offs with taxi and other things.
How are you getting ripped of with taxis? Are you not using grab and bolt app to get around ?
Didn’t you say in the beginning they put it in the mail on the 9th. Was wondering why you were going to pick it up. You o.k.?
I didn’t know that until i had looked it up in the morning lol
