Thanks again for an excellent Video, used a few of your others such as the cambelt one. about to change the tailgate and bumper on my 406 estate. Which the insurance company has declared a write off, and should only take a few hours, and another car doesn't end up on scrap heap
Simon Bingham Good to hear it helps, yes the insurance companies write cars off very easily these days, but they cost the repairs based on main dealer prices and labour rates, when they can be done DIY at a fraction of the price.
hi im going to remove my front and rear bumper, its a 99 peugeot 406 sedan and i cant loosen any of the screws, what kinda bits are you using? is it thorks or unbracko? :)
+ZEN INDUSTRIES I cant remember the precise sizes, but generally on the 406 it was a mixture of metric nuts/bolts or torx bits, typically TX20, TX25, TX27, and TX30 will cover most jobs. It also may help to have a can of WD-40 or similar to clean out the bolt heads to allow the torx bit in.
