Muffler delete and leave everything else sounds better imo. I personally would probably leave it stock since it already sounds good from the factory. and then maybe in the future I would do muffler delete + bigger tips
@@brody8857 do it brother.. muffler delete if you don't like it they can weld them back on and it's super super cheap for a shop to do.. my guy did my Silverado for $40 bucks lol.. sounds so much better
Can't beat just a mid muffler delete sound for the price compared to buying new mufflers.. muffler delete will win anytime.. based on sound and price. For actual performance you would want to go with a full catback 3" exhaust
@@gomango_6.468 I would get the pedal box I heard u can move it while driving but I like it it's just my mpg went down from 17 to 15 but the shifts are way harder if your not wanting to mod your car I would get the pedal commander and 275 tires and call it a day and u still have warranty but I want a whipple lol

We will see lol no the only mods I think the scat pack will need is mid muffler delete and intake. 500 hp is enough for me I don’t wana kill myself just yet 😂😂🤣 going from V6 to scat pack
If you are considering these pass on them. I ordered the Borla ATAK in September of 2021 from my Corvette dealer. They did not arrive until a/4/22. It was so long I decided not install these and had found another product available. Borla with not having even made them yet refused to cancel the order. Grudgingly, I had them installed and low and behold it has an issue that generates a sound like you have a fan belt that is loose. So now I have to order a replacement for 3 to 5 months from now while driving what sounds like a souped up '72 Vega. The candle on top of the icing is that Borla will not pay for the require labor to remove their faulty product and install the new set. They do not have good customer service and will not support you their customer.
It’s not like if these boats were meant for high end torque.. straight pipe is the cheapest loudest. All 3 previous boats I owned were straight piped. People would ask what mufflers you got? NONE!!
I’m older fella and not so much into over priced exhaust systems that make your vehicle quieter.. We still doing it old school here. Hell, even my 6th gen slowmaro got the straight pipe treatment!! Wouldn’t go any other way. Everyone is entitled to do whatever they want to their vehicles. It’s all opinions anyways.

@@just_a5.7 that's it! If you watch at 1:54 you can see stock resonators still there, the active exhaust valve still there, and stock cats. All he did is weld in a 3in pipe where the mid mufflers are. That's what a 5.7l hemi sounds like straight pipe from the cats. All the resonators do is reduce the drone when you interstate driving
@@just_a5.7 when you straight pipe it like that you will prob see black smoke or residue from the exhaust because your computer is setup with a stock tune. You have to get your car tuned to run with the modifications you make. It changes the back pressure. So when the cams open up the valves for your exhaust gases to expel... if you running with stock settings its not going to run right
Borla is over priced junk...ur basically just putting a logo on ur car bc they ain't mufflers a straight pipe sounds about the same but these ataks sound like bs

I have reso delete with 5 inch tips and dynomax bullets in place of the mid mufflers and stock with the pedal commander
How you like the pedal commander? Does it flag the PCM? Only thing holding me back between that or pedal box is idk if it will void my warranty.

Thr ATAK system is unbearable. He's gonna regret it. The deletes are surprisingly only a slight touch better. But in the end, a hearty NO to both.
